在里昂享受正宗的家庭烹饪的餐厅。

在这条小巷里，人们来去匆匆，但毫无疑问，这里的小店最能体现里昂美食的特色。这里没有虚假的装饰，只有一个 "栩栩如生 "的小木屋，让我们回想起 1885 年以前的时光。140 年过去了，这间从米莱、芭贝、杜索等名厨和标志性人物阿莱特-雨果（Arlette Hugon），到宝拉（Paola）再现法蒂玛事件的小厨房，在里昂这座充满里昂色彩的城市中，重新焕发出它的独特魅力。如其所愿，菜单上还列出了为休龚赢得声誉的菜肴，如著名的炖牛肉（poulet au vinaigre）或炖猪肉（boudin aux pommes confites），这些菜肴都是用 morgon 佐餐的。真不错。

Un bouchon lyonnais typique, une cuisine excellente, un accueil chaleureux, un service souriant. Une révélation que mon amoureuse et moi, nous conseillons aux Épicuriens.

A taxi driver told us we had to experience authentic Lyon cuisine at a type of restaurant classified as “Bouchon Lyonnaise,” because Lyon is the gastronomic capital of France. We found Hogan by walking past it and as we tried to decipher the French menu we were discouraged at the effort. The woman inside was not eager at first to help, but when we circled back to try again with Google translate, she invited us in! I asked about the “brain” dish and she assured me it’s not brain but a fresh cheese from the region’s silk workers. With relief, we sat down in the tiny dining room to one of the best meals and culinary adventures we’ve had in all our travels! It was all familiar but completely unique and delectable! Highly recommend, and I plan to learn how to make the Salade Lyonnause at home…

Un joli moment passé dans cet établissement. Une vraie découverte avec famille et amis. Que dire sinon que les meurette au vin blanc c'est simplement délicieux, les quenelles une tuerie visuelle et grave excellente et le savarin très imprégné lol. Merci à vous mesdames pour votre verve, votre gentillesse et une cuisine riche et bonne. A tres bientôt et promis je change de bretelles

Merci à Fatima et Paola. Paola pour son accueil chaleureux et sa sympathie qui cache un professionnalisme monstre. Fatima qui me rappelle ma grand mère du même nom Fatima qui cuisinait aussi bien les spécialités du terroir français que des spécialités marocaines dans sa cuisine de Casablanca. Merci pour ce moment suspendu et à bientôt pour tester le reste de la carte.

To zdecydowanie najlepszy bouchon w okolicy. Odwiedziliśmy kilka w ciągu 3 dni . W żadnym nie było tak smacznie ani tak miło jak w Chez Hugon. Mikro restauracja w której właścicielki tworzą bardzo dobrą atmosferę (nawet dla turystów nie mówiących po francusku) a smak kuchni w ich wykonaniu pozwala zrozumieć sens powstania tej prostej, sycącej formuły trzy daniowego menu. Zjedliśmy z przyjaciółmi całą kartę i …nie było słabych punktów. Brawo!!!!
PS Konieczna rezerwacja. W środku jest naprawdę tylko kilka stolików.
