We stayed here in July 2024. After much anticipation, this place did not disappoint. To say every detail is thought of would be an understatement! I was worried that the move to the countryside from Roanne may have triggered a step down is experience , but it only enhanced it. From the gravel driveway, to the pool and pool house, on to the endless gardens and pond and finally the crown jewel - the restaurant - every expectation was exceeded. Our dining experience started in the bar and we were greeting by Michel himself. For dinner, The tasting menu was our choice; it was spectacular and not to be missed. Cesar's visit to our table was appreciated and allow us to share our praise directly with him. We finished out evening with digestifs in the garden by a wood-buring fire under the stars. If we weren't already married, I may have proposed right there!! We are not ones to visit any location twice, but at the end of our time at the farm, we spontaneously agreed, WE WILL RETURN.
