A 15 minutes à pieds du théâtre antique, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix, un parking, c'était exactement ce qu'il me fallait. Personnel de l'hôtel avenant et sympathique.
The next day, I called the hotel and the receptionist confirmed they were found. At first, they responded to my calls and promised to send them by post. I provided all the necessary shipping details.
However, after that, both the receptionist and the hotel stopped replying to my emails and even blocked my phone number.
This is unacceptable behavior and shows complete lack of professionalism and honesty. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
