The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner meals were both excellent in the hotel restaurant with other nearby options for meals as well. Very nice view of the Alps while sitting on the back balcony. Although the room was very nice, while staying on the 2nd floor, there was a constant "rat-a-tat-tat-tat-tat" noise that started in the morning and continued in to the evening, likely emanating from the first floor, kitchen perhaps. I asked a front desk staff to listen, but he had no clue as to its origin but said he would look into it.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The view from the balcony was awesome, and the room was nicely decorated, which made my visit even better. The hotel’s interior looks good and creates a nice atmosphere.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and they welcomed us with tea and cookies when we arrived, which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the weekend breakfast; it was very good with lots of choices.

However, during the low season, the weekday breakfast is pretty basic and does not have any hot dishes. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend this place for a nice getaway!
