However, there have been a couple of hiccups during my visits. Once, I was given the noisette galette instead of the frangipane I had ordered. On another occasion, I was disappointed by a questionable business practice. A staff member asked when I planned to consume the cakes I was buying, and since I said the same day, I ended up with one that was clearly at the end of its shelf life. The crust was soggy, and the cream was starting to sweat.
