I came in here yesterday afternoon and had a bought a really delicious sandwich and patisserie. I was served by a really sweet girl who I think was new but she was so nice and helpful. There was an elderly gentleman with obvious Parkinson's disease and was struggling to order and this girl was so patient, kind and showed an amazing amount of empathy for him - more staff like this girl please???? Love this place and look forward to returning
