Hôtel qui mérite ses 4 étoiles. Au centre de Vichy, à 5 minutes à pied de l'opéra. Idéal pour dormir après un spectacle.

The room was clean and had a beautiful arched window but the air con was useless and as there was a heat wave this made the stay very uncomfortable.Additionally, they were unable to provide ice cubes which seemed bizarre given their star rating.Finally, confusion over pricing. 18 euros for breakfast and 9 euros for parking but room directory says 13 and 6. Updating a room directory is hardly difficult. So service needs to be improved.

Very nice hotel. Small room but very comfortable bed and bedding. Strong air conditioning. Breakfast okay but not very impressive. I missed having apple juice and a variety of jams.
