Absolutely brilliant stay at Auberge la Forest during our ski trip last week. Virginia & the team couldn’t have been more friendly & attentive. The rooms were very clean & homely. The food was exceptional & I honestly can’t wait to go back. This is a gem of a place. Chapeau!

I have just spent a fantastic week stay at Auberge de la Foret. We used Auris as a base to ski in Auris and Alp D'Huez. Auris is very quiet, and perfect as a base to explore the surrounding area. The views of the mountains from our balcony were great.|Virginie was a great host and made my son and I feel so welcome. Our plane was delayed so we arrived much later than arranged, but she was really understanding and accommodating. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. We had half board and the breakfast and dinner were excellent, and just what you need before and after a day's skiing. The restaurant in the evening is lovely with the open fire and board games. I would also recommend the beer on tap - it is craft beer and locally brewed in Bourg.|Thanks Virginie for a lovely stay!
