Très bon accueil.
En revanche, la présence de l'animal de compagnie (chien) est facturé 100 euros. Prix inacceptable. 20 % du prix de la location !

Très bon accueil et séjour d'une semaine en couple avec 2 enfants. Un séjour très agréable avec beaucoup d'activités autour et proche des commerces. On reviendra sans hésiter !

L'accueil est impeccable, les logements parfaits, tout est bien pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le site est magnifique, les activités sur place sont intéressantes. C'est aussi le paradis des chiens qu'ils accueillent volontiers sur tout le site et c'est un plus, toute la famille peut être présente pendant les vacances. Les commerçants sont super sympas, les restos sont très bien et très bons.

Wij verbleven een week in Résidence Odalys Les Balcons d'Auréa in Auris-en-Oisans, maar dit verblijf was helaas één grote tegenvaller.||Om te beginnen kregen we slechts één handdoek per persoon voor de hele week. Na een dag skiën wil je gewoon kunnen douchen zonder dezelfde handdoek 14 keer te moeten gebruiken. Vraag je om een extra handdoek? Dan krijg je een kortaf en chagrijnig antwoord: €10 per extra handdoek, om te lenen! Belachelijk.||Daarnaast was er geen handzeep, geen douchegel en zelfs geen afwasmiddel aanwezig. Alsof men ervan uitgaat dat je dat allemaal zelf meebrengt bij een verblijf in een zogenaamd ‘viersterrencomplex’.||Bij aankomst was het appartement bovendien ronduit vies. De vloer was stoffig en vuil, en de bedden waren niet opgemaakt – dat mochten we zelf doen. Toen we de lakens erop legden, zagen we tot onze afschuw dat de matrassen vol zaten met donkere vlekken. Echt smerig. En alsof dat nog niet genoeg was: de stoffen bank in de woonkamer zat onder de witte vlekken. Onsmakelijk en absoluut onaanvaardbaar in een accommodatie van dit prijsniveau.||Het personeel deed er ook nog een schepje bovenop door onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd te zijn. Op vragen werd nauwelijks gereageerd en enige vorm van gastvrijheid ontbrak volledig.||Ons advies? Blijf hier ver weg. In het dorp Auris-en-Oisans zijn genoeg andere hotels en appartementen waar je wél goed wordt ontvangen. Laat deze plek links liggen – wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

Personnel très réactif. Appartement situé au pied des pistes, plus besoin de la voiture une fois arrivée. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec des réductions sur la location du matériel de ski. Appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire ainsi que la présence des draps et des serviettes.

I want to say about unpleasant situation just after leaving the room. First day we paid 20 euros for cleaning. After the end of holidays room service give us 70 euros penalty for a little crumbs in the room. When we were trying to talk with room service, the man started to scream loud for us and he say „everyone get out !!!”. It was my first time when as a hotel guest I was treated in such way. I want to warn everyone for such behaviour and I will never go to this hotel anymore.

We paid 20€ per person for cleaning - funny apparently cleaning is not included and you need to deep clean the whole room yourself if you want to receive your deposit back. Which is insane for a 4 star hotel. No heaters for ski shoes. The service was a joke. We got the information before arrival that swimming pool and sauna are included in the price. Guess what they were not! That was definitely not a 4 star hotel standard… You can find definitely a better hotels for the same price in the neighborhood.

Advantages:
1. Good location, close to slopes
2. Fairly cheap (on the base pay)
Disadvantages:
1. Service/checkout likely to takeover ridiculous deposits (70€ out of 200 € was taken due to lack of plastic bin, which is worth like 10€ max). Staff also started shouting (which we partly recorded) when we tried to contest it and claimed room was "not clean enough" despite it actually being fairly clean and despite that we paid 20€ for cleaning fee prior to that event.
2. Sauna is paid 10 € for session, in contrary to 0 € in the competition hotel up the hill
3. Gym is a joke, 3 treadmills and no weights
4. Couch is a joke if you go as 4 people - its extremally unconfortable and stiff causing you a backpain ones it slides down
If not for the event described at point 1, i would give it 3 stars, however after what i've heard i cannot

Been here for over 10 years, returning annually. I love the resort as its perfect for kids, has enough ski terrain to keep the kids (8-14) entertained, and they are sufficiently good enough skiiers and know the pistes to not need me to ski all the time with them so we can take an afternoon off if we want.||||The block is more basic then some and much better than others, so, I guess how it figures in your mind will depend on your expectations. For us it contains: Wifi, underground parking, large apartments that are well kitted out with most things like dish washer, kettle etc but no oven. The complex includes washing machines, a heated pool, spa area, exercise area, central ski lockers and a central foyer.||||Bedding, towels etc are always clean and of good standard.||||The cleaning before you depart process is however littered with potential pitfalls that can cost you and your deposit dearly. To give you some idea, after you departure a member of the cleaning staff will record the state of cleanliness of your apartment and identify shortcomings (and I kid you not with the following examples) - A (1) sweet wrapper left in the bottom of a mop bucket, two small spots on the bathroom mirror, two full (present to the next occupant?) toilet rolls in the bathroom, the lights being left on in one room and the heater being left on in another. The dishwasher's contents while clean and had not been emptied at the point of departure.||||It may rankle that the level of cleanliness expected at departure is probably in excess of that you experience on arrival, particularly if you dislike dust.||||Apart from that, perfect.

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour. Personnel super sympa et pistes très facilement accessibles. Cependant, la température de l'eau de la piscine était trop froide.

Appartement nickel, le sèche serviettes ne marchait pas et le staff a réagit dans l'heure, idem pour toutes les demandes. Ils sont adorables et très réactifs. Possibilité de prêt de mini four, utile pour une bonne tartiflette en montage.

Point positif : logement dispo à 15h
Point négatifs : place de parking déjà prise par un autre véhicule = perte de temps...
Logements avec taches aux murs (frottement...) literie et oreiller très durs = mal de dos à chaque réveil.
Insonorisation inexistante, nous entendions les voisins ainsi que la cage d'escaliers car les portes ont des loquets défectueux...
Nous sommes habitues à séjourner chez Pierre et vacances et nous voulions tester Odalys et quel déception !!! Pour cloturer, nous avions fait part a la reception notre souhait de partir la veille. J'ai demandé si il y avait un système spécifique pour sortir et la jeune réceptionniste m'a stipule qu'il fallait appuyer juste sur un bouton... je lui ai demandé si elle était sûre car cela me paraissait bizarre mais elle a réconfirmer donc j'ai fait confiance. Et qu'elle erreur ! 12h30 nous étions dans le garage et il fallait un code pour sortir... heureusement nous avions gardé tout les documents et après 15 min de recherche nous avons retrouvé le code... Heureusement car la réception rouvrent à 16h !!!
Pour finir, nous avons égaré une clé donc nous nous attendions à avoir un message nous informant qu'il nous déduisant de 60€ la clé de la caution. Et rien !! Ils nous ont débité 160€ car la porte de l'appartement était abîmé en bas à droite sur l'extérieur... nous l'avions vu mais lors de l'état des lieux il est stipuler de contrôler l'intérieur de l'appartement et pas l'extérieur !!!
Bref fumer ! Et privilégiez Pierre et vacances ou vacanceole qui sont 100 fois mieux.

Résidence située au pied des pistes, dans un calme complet, idéal pour se ressourcer et skier.
Séjour une semaine en studio pour 4 personnes, 2 adultes et 2 enfants amplement suffisant pour la semaine.
Le lit était bien confortable, le logement propre.
Une mention spéciale aux employés très accueillants, serviables, disponibles et à l'écoute.
Pour un 1 er séjour au ski, nous sommes très contents.
Renseignez vous bien c'est une station familiale, avec possibilité quand même de remonter jusqu'à l'alpes d'Huez via les forfaits mécaniques.

L'accessibilité aux pistes n'est pas au top. Il n'y a plus de téléphérique en fin de journée pour accéder au centre, là où il y a tout ! Donc obligé de rester dans son logement !
De plus, ce sont des voleurs. Notre appartement loué pour 1 semaine était parfaitement propre à la fin du séjour. Nous avons pris soin de tout nettoyer avant de rendre les clés. Mais malgré celà, ils ont encaissé notre chèque de 70€. Pas honnête....

Abbiamo scelto sul sito di montagne-vacances un appartamento di 3 camere da letto all'ultimo piano con una bella vista e frigorifero alto con tanto di foto nella conferma dell'ordine e invece ci hanno assegnato un appartamento di una sola camera da letto al pian terreno insieme ai locali tecnologici con un finto balcone che da sul passaggio pedonale alzato di zero centimetri e con un tavolo da ping-pong a 4-5 metri dove giocano e schiamazzano a tutte le ore e naturalmente frigo piccolo.....oltre il passaggio pedonale c'e' una bella vista......un parcheggio pieno di macchine......ascoltatemi non andate in questo posto......non sono affidabili......aggiungo che abbiamo chiesto del direttore.......chi l'ha mai visto ne' sentito questo sconosciuto, forse ha altro da fare che occuparsi dei clienti......
