Great location. Very close to the tourist streets but on a quieter street. Walking distance to train/bus drop off and walking distance to all of the main sites. One block away from grocery store. Staff were very friendly from the start. Room small but clean and air conditioned! Breakfast was standard European items (cheese, bread, tea) but superior cheese and good quality baguettes! Held luggage on day of departure. Good hang out area after check out. Would stay here again! Wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Atipik Hotel is a small charming hotel that is conveniently located to the train station, the old town, and the lake. The staff were friendly, always helpful, and quick to meet our needs. The breakfast consisted of delicious, high quality, local artisanal foods. The rooms are small but comfortable (including being air conditioned which was greatly appreciated because we were there during a very hot time). We enjoyed our stay at Atipik, will stay there again if we return to Annecy, and we would recommend it to others.

L’hôtel est situé en plein centre, commerce et lac à proximité. Les chambres sont fonctionnels et bien isolées du bruit de la rue.
Je souhaite surtout souligner l’amabilité du personnel, ils sont très souriants et à l’écoute. Ils prennent le temps de répondre à vos questions et vos demandes.
Je recommande cet hôtel ????.

Fidèles à cet hôtel depuis plus de 12 ans, un accueil chaleureux, le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et bon, rien à dire sur la propreté des chambres c'est au top. Nous vous le recommandons fortement. Merci à toute l'équipe.
