Hôtel très bien placé mais gros bémol concernant l'acoustique (il y a une boîte de nuit pas loin) avec une isolation inexistante, nous avons été réveillés à maintes reprises. De plus la literie n'est pas génial avec un matelas mou, le lit qui n'est pas assez grand en longueur (avec ses 1m85 mon conjoint avait les pieds qui dépassaient), et les coussins ne sont pas géniaux.

Le lieu est sympa si vous voulez être en plein centre ville, l’accueil était super sympathique, la chambre propre par contre très bruyant, pas ou peu d’eau chaude, wifi inexistant. Le petit dej ne vaut pas du tout les 10 euros ???? ça dépanne…

The room was okay. It was worth the value. It was 10 minutes by walk from Annecy Central Station. There are several restaurants close to the hotel.

The lady in reception was absolute nice, she helped us alot throughout our stay im Annecy. The room is okay with all the tuorist need, my room has a view directly to the old town street. Location is the best where it's right next to the old town, or you can say it's in the old town, couple of minutes to the bus station, so everything is in your control.
