Location was excellent and staff were very friendly. There was some noise at night given it was a Friday but very manageable for one night. The room did have a few slightly broken or unkept aspects, but overall a good stay and value for money in comparison to other rates nearby

We recently spent 10 days at Icone Hotel in Annecy and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the charming old town, with easy access to restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. It's also only about a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Annecy Lake and the famous Palais de Luil making it ideal for exploring the area on foot. It is a safe place and can easily explore other villages using the bus.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in great shape throughout our stay. The reception and housekeeping staff were all friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really made a difference.

We truly enjoyed our time at Icone Hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Annecy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in this lovely town!

Posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro ma in una zona tranquilla, camera pulita e con tutti i comfort, c'è anche un mini frigorifero, cosa che trovo più efficiente dei soliti televisori che mettono nelle camere. Purtroppo l'insonorizzazione non è un granché, i muri sono molto sottili, e andrebbero fatti un pó di lavori di ristrutturazione dato che nella stanza c'erano dei buchi e dei muri scoperti.

Très déçue par cet hôtel rien ne fonctionne ni chasse d eau ni bouche d aération ce qui fait de la moisissure le lit un enfer le seul point positif c est l emplacement mais franchement plus de 100 euros la nuit c est vraiment abusé
