My recent stay here turned into a nightmare. Despite booking a room for a peaceful three-night vacation, my experience was marred by a shocking incident during the second night. Upon returning to my room, I discovered it was occupied by other guests, and my belongings had vanished. The staff's lack of communication regarding the room change, despite Moussa's promised swift resolution, was a significant disappointment. Additionally, my personal items were tampered with, including essential medications, leading to a complete loss of trust. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the lodging's responses, including those from Moussa, were unsatisfactory. In summary, my stay was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend Auberge de Jeunesse HI Annecy to fellow travelers.

Personal freundlich, Croissants zum Frühstück knusprig-lecker, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und kostenfrei. Zimmer unhygenisch bzw. nicht ordentlich geputzt und rundown. Dusche auf dem Zimmer defekt. Geteilte Toiletten auf dem Gang verdreckt... Preis mit ca. 170 € pro Nacht für ein Familienzimmer definitiv überteuert!

One night stop over for my family of 4. Check in was fine and the man on reception was friendly. However this hostel is completely run down and not worth the 126 euros we paid for a family room. Sheets clean but no toilet in room and everything is in urgent need of updating, radiator was pulled off the wall and very depressing feeling to this tiny room. Breakfast okay but flies in orange juice! In such a great location this hostel could be so much better, especially as there is a lack of affordable accommodation options in Annecy.

Un accueil++++, merci de votre gentillesse et de votre bienveillance, de vos bons conseils pour découvrir les alentours.
Une vue superbe de la terrasse du petit déjeuner .
Le bus à 20 mètre. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture.
Une bonne adresse à garder pour revenir dans cette ville.
