Appart/hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre historique, 15 mn à pied. Très bon accueil, parking privé. Propreté irréprochable, très bonne literie. Tout était parfait. Très bon établissement, très bon rapport/qualité prix.

Not the best place in Annecy but relatively affordable. As another review said, it's not good for a romantic getaway but for business travelers, it might be nice. It's rather run down and the common areas are not inspiring. There are also no curtains in the place which means it's so bright in the morning.

Overall I'd say the service is quite stingy. There are strict rules for cleaning which include stripping the beds, taking out the trash, and cleaning the kitchen. It seems excessive. We also asked to print some papers at the reception, and they charged us 5 euros for 4 papers. Not a very generous hotel, and guest experience is definitely not the top priority. But I think if you know that ahead of time, this place is fine.

J'ai résider dans cet endroit pendant 3 mois et demi coût total 7000 €1986 € par mois logement inondé de cafard aujourd'hui tout en ayant payé rubis sur l'ongle étant à la rue on me demande de quitter la résidence.
Personnel d'accueil à l'entrée nonchalante.
Apparemment mon appartement est loué donc je dois quitter les lieux.
Je qualifierai cet endroit comme un marchand de sommeil. Profitant de la misère des gens, d'Action logement et des gens en détresse.
Beaucoup de famille en grande précarité réside dans cette appart hôtel.
Il se gave sur la misère des gens.

Definetely not recommended! This is the unique hotel that I know in the world where the guest should take out the trash bags. By take out I mean to the trash bins on the street! You must remove all the bed linen and put into a bag, leaving in the bathroom. If you dont do this, the fee is 30E! But the worst problem was that in Saturday we had no breakfast because the hotel concierge does not work. They tried to leave a box in friday but the girl didnt speak english so we thought it was a mistaken delivery. There are many informations about cleaning in the bedroom, MANY, but not even one information about that breakfast problem or about the boxes! So, they are only worried about them, not about the guest experience!
