The rooms were spacious, customer service was great and for families with kids, it has a playground right next to it. A lot of food options within walking distance. We requested a cot for our toddler and had no issues. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

Estava em Paris com minha família e gostamos muito do hotel, considerando o custo x benefício. A limpeza, organização e localização contaram bastante. Além disso, o Rodrigo, brasileiro que trabalha no hotel, ajudou muito dando dicas e passando algumas informações em português, meus pais não falam inglês e isso fez total diferença.

Fantastisk nyrenoveret lejlighed til en familie på 4 med en dejlig terrasse. Perfekt placeret i den gamle del af Annecy. Morgenmaden var ikke med det store udvalg var vel eneste lille minus. God service i receptionen, som fik vores værelse klar til indtjekning før tid. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

The whole place and the room were very clean.
The kitchen area was very welcome, especially the fridge and the Nespresso machine.
The balcony was great - good to relax on although the heatwave limited the amount of time we could spend on it!
The air-conditioning in the room was vital due to the 38C heat - it worked very well.
