We had the three-course meal: the starter was a French winter soup (turnips and foie gras in chicken broth) with some Asian seasoning (ginger, etc.). Next was Japanese-style fried fish with more turnips and a gochujang-based sauce, and dessert was frozen yogurt on a bed of citrus. All were wonderfully done with an excellent mix of French and Asian flavors -- maybe with a small caveat on the dessert, a bit too acidic and also not quite in-season unlike the rest of the meal.
A couple of quirks to keep in mind: the restaurant will charge 60€ for no-shows (you have to provide credit card information when making the reservation), and you don't get to pick the dishes: there is a choice between 3-course, 5-course and 7-course offerings, but what comes is predefined (the 7-course menu is the same for everyone, the 3-course version is a subset of the 7-course version). This wasn't a problem for us since everything seemed excellent (including the dishes we didn't get in our 3-course set but which came for other tables), and they take food allergies into account, but something to be aware of.
The service is both efficient and extremely friendly, and given the quality of the food the prices were quite reasonable -- highly recommended overall!
