Very friendly, lovely cosy venue on the river with a really good atmosphere. Waiting staff were super-friendly, very helpful with recommendations and my steak was excellent. Top marks all round, great food, great service, great experience, we'll be back, thanks.

Really enjoyed the Set Menu here, the Goats cheese salad starter, Tartiflette, and Fig and Raspberry crumble were all excellent. The first local red wine on the menu had a great dark fruity flavour whilst still being quite light. The Pakhus white wine was quite sweet so went well with dessert.

Bon restaurant, les plats étaient plutôt bons, mais les frites surgelées.

Un serveur a retiré l'assiette de mon mari déjà servi car il y avait une erreur (trop dans l'assiette).

Cependant le crumble figue framboise était succulent.

The restaurant is in a small street next to the river but absolutely worth it. Great atmosphere and service.

Not at all végétarien friendly. Except for one slightly older server who was very friendly with us (the only star is for him), the others were rude to us. I wanted to try some French food on the menu, but the lunch menu did not include anything vegetarian.
At first the serveuse tried to push me to choose the ravioli. We expressed our wish to each something French, so she suggested the raclette, which we agreed to.

In the end, it was just some potatoes and a plate of raclette cheese, served with a few leaves of lettuce, which cost us €26. We checked the menu and the raclette included a charcuterie for €26.
When we told them we'd like a revised price because the expensive meat was not part of my meal, the serveuse got agitated and threw the bill away, asking the manager to speak to us.

The manager told us this is how commerce is done, and we won't understand because we don't know anything about commerce. He reduced a €2 in the end because he did realise it's unreasonable to charge so much for so little that was served.
But he continued to defend himself with "this is how commerce is done" - please do your commerce, but commerce is not the same as cheating.
In the end we paid an exorbitant price for our food, with the manager bidding us "good luck surviving the world".

Decent food, very few friendly servers, brazen managers who think cheating is commerce, reluctance to offer something vegetarian in their menu, and exorbitant prices is what one can expect at le lilas rose.

Entrecôte war nicht Medium und zäh. Vom Menü kam nicht das bestellte. Nachbartisch hat das Entrecôte auch stehen gelassen. Weißwein glas war schlecht. Roséwein war okay. Rotwein war gut. Ofenkartoffel war aussen trocken, das paßiert wenn die lange heiß gehalten werden. Gratin vom Menü war gut ???? auch.

Petit restaurant donnant sur le canal avec une jolie deco vintage, nous avons été très bien reçu, personnel très sympathique, et nous avons très bien mangé ! Cocktail, plat dessert pour ~30€ par personne.

Es ist ein uriges, gemütlich mit Holzmobiliar eingerichtetes Lokal. Der Service war nett und aufmerksam. Wir hatten zu zweit den Pierre a feu, feine Streifen von Rindfleisch zum selbst braten. Das Fleisch war von ausgezeichneter Qualität und in reichhaltiger Menge. Die Beilagen waren gut. Die Preise sind fair. Ich kann dieses Lokal empfehlen!

Ik heb er niet gegeten, dus ik kan niets zeggen over het eten zelf. Maar ik heb een kwartier voor de deur gestaan terwijl het personeel zelf zat te roken en te drinken op het terras omdat het restaurant nog niet open was, om dan (op het openingsuur) pas te horen dat alles toch volzet was. Dat hadden ze wel meteen kunnen zeggen.

Restaurant au top avec une pierrade de ouf avec une très bonne quantité de viande d une qualité extraordinaire et d une finesse exceptionnelle et surtout on as eu une très très bonne quantité de viande dans une petite ruelle très très sympas et en plus un rapport qualité prix très très abordables et raisonnable et je tiens à remercier tous le personnels pour leur super gentillesse et leur humour très très rigolote on as passé un moment inoubliables. Nous recommandons ce jolie restaurant sans problème et les, yeux fermés. En tous cas lorsque nous reviendrons à Annecy sans problème. Encore mille merci à tous le personnel pour leur aimable gentillesse et leur disponibilité. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Restaurant très sympathique, nous avons mangés un menu à 24.5, le prix est très raisonnable, et c'était top pour la qualité et la quantité.

I ordered entrecôte and it was perfectly cooked to medium as I asked for. They also had a good selection of desserts. The raspberry tiramisu I had was very delicious. Service was friendly and very quick - I barely waited since sitting down.
