Nous avons mangé une fondue savoyarde, elle était excellente. L'équipe est très bien. Nous avons bien mangé et passé une bonne soirée.

Petit déception pour ce repas, le restaurant fait très touristique avec un service un peu à la chaîne.
La fondue était bonne mais pas extraordinaire.
Pour le dessert, j’ai commandé une faisselle avec des fruits frais vraiment pas terrible. La portion était très petite pour le prix, les fruits coupés grossièrement et il y avait de l’eau dans le dessert.

Première fois dans ce restaurant et c'était vraiment très bon !

Fondue excellente, pareil pour les diots.

Les quantités sont parfaites on a très bien mangé et on reviendra assurément pour tester d'autres plats.

On recommande !

I booked a table several weeks ago as Le Freti had good reviews. I realise it was Bastille Day and the place was busy. However, my reservation request was confirmed and I had assumed we would be given a nice table having booked in advance. When we got there I tried to tell someone we had a reservation to find out if we should join the queue. I was waved to the queue with no greeting or pleasantries. I don’t mind joining the queue, but a polite response to my question would have been appreciated. When we reached the head of the queue we were told ‘upstairs’ again with no greeting or pleasantries. When we arrived at reception we were greeted and checked in and then pointed at a doorway and told ‘round there’. We went ‘round there’ and found two tables at the top of the staircase with sinks behind them. Not the nicest place to dine. I asked to be moved to a better table and was treated like a nuisance.. and told the table we were then given was ‘the last one’. I booked three weeks ago.

The food was ok, but I had hoped to have raclette etc explained to us. As it was, in the face of no help with the menu, we just chose the simple meat ( hot box and beef bourguignon). It was ok. Nothing special. When we were ready to leave we ask for the bill twice and eventually just went to the desk to pay which is apparently what we should have done but no one told us that. All in all disappointing.

Très bonne cuisine mais un service un peu moyen, et beaucoup beaucoup de monde... Même en réservant, il faut s'attendre à faire la queue pour rentrer... Sûrement victime de son succès. Bémol au moment de l'addition, je n'ai pas trop aimé le fait d'être incité au pourboire, affiché sur l'automate de CB avec un minimum de 5%. Après on a toujours le choix de dire non mais cela peut être gênant.

2 passages chez vous lors de mon séjour à Annecy. J'avais de grandes attentes et envies de fondue depuis un moment, et je n'ai absolument pas été déçu, que ce soit avec la Brisgotte savoyarde ou la Suisse. Quel régal !
Et merci pour l'amabilité du service. Tout était parfait. J'aurai grand plaisir à revenir déjeuner ou dîner chez vous !

Très bon restaurant savoyard sur Annecy.
Réservation obligatoire si vous souhaitez manger dans ce restaurant car il est toujours plein, peu importe la saison.
Service au top, produits très bons.

Amazing fondue and the experience was great! I got the blue cheese fondue and it was soooooo good! Great waitstaff and enjoyed the dinner from start to finish!

Super raclette, le fromage a du goût.
Les glaces pour le dessert sont bonnes.
Bien réserver pour pouvoir manger les raclettes a l'intérieur.
Il y a la clim a l'étage ????????

Some great reviews on here so I had high hopes and booked several weeks in advance but really poor service throughout. Surly. Hostile. Arrived and stated we had a reservation, "join the queue". Eventually, "go upstairs". It really was as short as this, they couldn't be bothered with us. "That room" (pointing) which was on a landing at the top of the stairs next to a sink. We said we weren't happy with the table and were shown to another "last table I have". Maybe now but 3 weeks ago when we booked it? Come on. No explanation of any of the food, Some was stone cold (polenta frites), beef bourgignon was ok, cheese dish was ok. Not bad food, nothing special, but it's been years since I had such inattentive and unfriendly service when eating out. Ruined a special occasion, couldn't even be bothered with us when we were paying and leaving. Rubbish experience. Avoid.
