Je ne recommande pas le spa. Le jacuzzi est bien et il y a une belle vue sur le lac. Mais le sauna ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons eu froid et la dame de l'accueil nous a pris de haut quand nous sommes allés nous plaindre! Nous n'avons pas apprécié son comportement, pas du tout commercial. L'espace pour se changer n'est pas adapté, une seule douche/vestiaire dont l'accès se fait depuis la salle de sport. Il manque un espace pour se poser au chaud avec tisane.

Hôtel qui casse pas trois pattes à un canard pour le prix (244€ la nuit)…
- Le gel douche vide dans la salle de bain
- Bruit de canalisation toute la nuit (insomnie)
- Pas informée pour l’accès au bain nordique où il faut non seulement réserver et payer 16€ par personne.
Mais la vue reste magnifique mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix.

La ubicación es fabulosa, las vistas al lago y montaña increíbles.
El desayuno fantástico.
Buen aparcamiento para quienes viajamos con furgoneta y bicicletas, y espacio para guardarlas.
Y una atención muy agradable.
Un lugar para repetir y recomendar, sin duda.

Great view, especially at breakfast with big windows on the lake. Great breakfast, both American and French cuisine (and a touch of English).
We were very well welcomed, great service. Shoutout to the receptionist (unfortunately we didn't get his name), and all the staff for speaking good English and making communication a lot easier.
Comfy bed, good pressure in the shower with big shower head, awsome mountain view. Location is easy to reach.
I would've given 5 stars if the pastries were fresher, willing to pay more for breakfast if pastries are fresher. But all the rest is great.
Will go back in the future.
