pas comme avant !!!!!! mais je reviendrais
pas respecter mon emplacement pour 10 ampères, j ai réservé bien longtemps, manque de contrôle à réserver 10 ampères
le responsable me dit d être arrivé le dernier, c est pas sympathique !!!! alors deux nuits de 6 ampères ,il faut contrôler les prises ARRIVEE et DEPART sans ouvrir
la prochaine fois, pensez y à celui qui a réservé d avance
et surpris de payer tout de suite à l arrivée , le règlement a pourtant mentionné à la veille Quelle manque de respect , je suis retraite et pas très content

Great site
Our fifth consecutive year at this site. We travel 1340km each way to ski for a week! We really enjoy Samoen and the skiing is brilliant. The caravan site is in an excellent location. We will be booking again next year.

The Luya adventure!
Had a lovely stay and will definitely return in the future... a perfect location to the ski lift and passes. Bathroom was clean and always had hot water... thank you!

Les emplacements sont boueux et pas du tout appropriés pour des camping car. Les voitures vont et viennent la nuit, les incivilités sont trop faciles.

perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones de ski
Ubicación perfecta para esquiar. Tranquilidad, habitación para dejar botas y esquís. Se puede ir con perros y hay fuera del camping caminos y praderas para sacarlos. El huevo que sube a la estación está a dos minutos andando. El pueblo es precioso y con muchos comercios y restaurantes y está andando a 10 minutos.

As close as you can get to the GrandMasif Express Lift!
This camping location is fantastic, 9 mins walk from door to lift, sometime a little longer as we needed to stop and purchase from the fantastic boulangerie on route.
The site is large with three bathroom blocks - some could do with a little of an update but the water was hot and the facility warm - that's good enough for me. The hardstand our motorhome was on was great, but a little close to the van next to us for my liking - but that does tend to be the case in Europe. We did arrive late and directions to our pitch were on the door at reception - however the electric was not available as the hook up point was locked :-( sorted the next morning. Make sure that reception know what time you are arriving, and have prepared your pitch - and electric - a nice to have in winter :-)
If you a looking for a camping site that does not require driving up into the mountains - this is for you, easy to get to and the mountains then come to you.

Les sanitaires sont propres, et bien chauffés. Peu de place dans les douches. Un petit coup de neuf serait le bienvenu.

Nous avons été très bien reçu avec de très bon conseil .
L emplacement était un peu petit à cause de l arbre coté bitume pour les 2 premières nuits par contre super pour les 2 nuits supplémentaires.
Les sanitaires sont très bien chauffés un peu petit côté douche .
Très bien situé à 15 min à pied du très sympathique village.

This was the second time that I have stayed at Le Giffre, and the first time in the winter. I had a vet comfortable stay, but the amenity block is now starting to be a little tired and in need of refurbishment.

Trés bon séjour au camping logement un peu trop petit . manque un four electrique et des ustensiles pour cuisiner raclette appareil à soupe .pas assez insonorisé pour les gens qui ne respecte pas leur voisins vis à vis du bruit .sinon trés bon acceuil.emploýé trés gentil ,souriant,aimable et a notre écoute.sanitaire un peu vieillot mais trés propre c est bien le principal .donc un trés bon séjour pour nous merci et bonne continuation a l année prochaine .

Some improvements needed
The sanitary facilities really need improving. The area for washing dishes in La Lac is unhygenic with broken tiling, concrete base showing and taps loose, and smells coming from toilets because the wall between the toilets and this area does not rise to the top.

Ski holiday
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here . It is a fantastic location , right next to the ski lift and only a short walk to town. Highly recommended .

Great Location and Good Value for money
The location is great just 5 minutes from the Grand Massif Ski Lift. The site and facilities spotlessly clean although one of the blocks is a bit outdated. I think good value for money outside the peak times.
The only small issue for me is the washing up water was never very hot and I wasn’t able to get anything greasy clean so I had to do a basic wash and then rewash back in my Motorhome. We would definitely use this site again.

Nous avons loué un campotel début janvier. Nous pensions que c'était un chalet individuel (et après renseignement auprès de la responsable, on ne nous a pas dit le contraire) mais c'est en réalité un bloc de 6 studios absolument pas insonorisés. Une catastrophe!!! Nous vivons avec les voisins. Le studio est correctement équipé. on peut cependant déplorer l'absence de fauteuils ou de canapé, d'étagère de rangement et surtout la literie est elle aussi une catastrophe. Nous avons été mal informés puisque nous hésitions entre un mobilhome et ce "chalet" et nous ne relouerons pas ce type d'hébergement.

Christmas 2018
One toilet block is closed. There are two other blocks and this is not enough when the campsite is 60% full. The interior of these two sanitary blocks is also heavily outdated. Apart from this fact it is a nice campsite with nice staff.

Très bien accueilli et placé avec un camping car de 7m20. Emplacement sur herbe : en cas de pluie, prévoir des plaques de désenlisement sinon vous y restez. Sanitaires propres et fonctionnels même si usagés. A 50m de la télécabine grand massif express pour aller sur les pistes, donc parfait pour nous. Le plus : la sortie raquettes avec apéritif dinatoire dans un tippi ; un grand merci à la municipalité et au camping qui proposent cette prestation gracieusement aux clients.
