We went to the restaurant and my worst food and service in Saint Gervais. I had veal for €30 and it was dry, didn’t eat half of it. The vegetables was cold and didn’t get any sauce with it. Tartiflette was also dry.
One of the group had fondue and it was good but found a piece of plastic. The waiter and manager only said ok and didn’t do anything not even a sorry.
The place is nice and causy, just a shame of the bad service and food.

Super hotel restaurant, équipe super sympa et très professionnel. Je recommande. Plats du jour et suggestions très variés.

Emplacement unique, qualité de l'accueil et des différentes prestations (hôtellerie, restauration, services divers...) de très bon niveau.

Nous avons pris la fondu qui est bonne avec des quantité de fromages suffisante. Néanmoins le gros point noir c'est de demander 7€ pour un plateau de charcuterie,surtout vue les quantités sur le plateau.
On mettra en revanche un point très positif pour le service très courtois et professionnel (merci à Justine).
