Overpriced. Service needs improving.||Room: Arrived in the room and one of the towels was blatantly dirty. Reception replaced it but I would not expect it in a 4* hotel.||Aircon was freezing cold and was impossible to control. Reception said they could control it from remote but I was still cold for the entire night. Good thing was the duvet was nice and thick.||Bathroom sinks were not draining, Reception sent a handyman to fix it. Done. Gret job in fixing the issue in real time but again, i wouldn't expect it in a 4 * hotel.||Dinner in the hotel: tagliata steak was ok but not worth €29. Pizza prosciutto e funghi with truffle paste was excellent.|| The whole experience was of a 3* hotel. |

I was there for a conference for a week, and afternoon snacks then dinner every night were provided as part of the conference. I have never eaten so badly at a hotel. No vegetable dishes most nights. One night everything was bread: pizza, brushetta, garlic bread. Another night, just sausages and pasta. Snacks were pretty much just pancakes and meat. Maybe they were trying to save money but by the end of the week I was dying for some salad. Note: breakfast was good and the staff were all friendly and lovely (except one young woman with brown hair and heavy eye makeup who yelled at several of us for using the patio, when there were other guests on the patio).

C’est avec plaisir que je suis revenue dans cet hôtel.
Personnel très sympathique de l’accueil au restaurant et au petit déjeuner. Chambre très propre.
