Wir waren nun das zwei Mal in diesem Hotel und kommen gerne wieder. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Einzig, dass die Bar erst ab spätem Nachmittag geöffnet wird, ist ein kleines Minus. Die Tür wird verschlossen und man kann sich dort auch nicht zum verweilen niederlassen.

Arrived at the restaurant at 19.30 by 21.00 no water, no drinks no food, a group of 10 people with children, we all left, outrageous.

This is the golden standard of what a new 4-star hotel should be. The quality and price are perfect. There is enough free and paid parking available. The bar is great, and the facilities are modern. However, the bar does not have the full wine list from the restaurant—for example, no champagne, which is strange for a bar. I would like to see all options available at the bar as it is lovely. Also, having tea in the bar would be nice, as there are many options downstairs.
The restaurant has very good wines and food. The pizza is delicious. The ski room is well-fitted and has direct access to the outside. The dinner staff at the restaurant were perfect; however, the day staff were not welcoming and quite rude. The breakfast, priced at €25 per person, is not good enough. For me, the most important part of breakfast is good coffee, which does not exist in the hotel. The machines make terrible coffee, and the breakfast staff make it even worse—although trained staff can make good coffee with the setup they have. There is also no coffee machine in the room, which is standard for Novotel and Mercure 4-star hotels, for example. This can be added as the coffee downstairs is horrible. Additionally, I would like the bedsheets to be changed every day and not just once per stay.
The spa is nice and cozy, and the sauna is great. I would love to see a steam room added in the future. Overall, I really like this hotel and want to come back. I hope the hotel improves the breakfast, coffee, and cleaning to become an absolutely fabulous place to stay.

Séjour d’une nuit pour fêter Noël avec mon fils. Nous n’avions pas le temps de signaler les petits problèmes à la réception pour qu’ils soient réglés pendant notre courte venue , nous s nous sommes concentrés sur nos retrouvailles. La douche n’était pas fonctionnelle et il manquait un drap-housse sur l’un des lits. De plus, le personnel parlait en espagnol, ce qui était déroutant, et il y avait un manque d’informations de leur part sur la région. Heureusement, nous connaissions bien les environs.
Le parking était éloigné et non déneigé. La table de repas était trop petite pour un dîner, et nous ne souhaitions pas réserver pour profiter du spa mais juste y accéder.À ce prix, je ne réserverai plus.
Le personnel est accueillant , souriant et serviable.
