Had a great stay ! There was 11 of us and we were so well looked after. Food was very good, lovely garden to spend time in the evening. Great location near to all the activities that Morzine has to offer.
Staff very friendly- sorry I can’t remember all their names but they were all lovely!
Would definitely return.

We were fortunate to staying during an extremely quiet week at the hotel. So no worries with using the hot tub, pool and sauna which were lovely after a day on the slopes. |Food was really great, better than expected and a good helping too. Bar well stocked & decent lager on tap. |Hotel clean and tidy. |Rooms are very small but adequate for sleeping in. |It is a 8 minute walk to the town which is fine. |Slightly disappointed with lack of interaction from staff. Only spoken to if you made conversation with them. No tips about town or ski area. Welcome meeting pointless as everything spoken about was written in the rooms. Staff friendly enough just could have stepped it up a little to make it the 5* review I wanted to give.

We just had an amazing week at hotel hermine Blanche in Morzine as a group of 5 mates. The hotel facilities were brilliant, the rooms clean and comfortable, the bar area welcoming and friendly and the food was AMAZING! There is also a very nice spa area with sauna, hot tub and outdoor heated pool which we used everyday after a long ski session. All the staff were super friendly and always helpful. Shane and Tash did an excellent job of running the whole place and were able to answer any questions and help us with any special requests we had like opening the spa early when one of us was injured. Nothing was too much trouble and they always seemed to be available. This is my second holiday with alpine elements this year, the first was in la plagne, and I will definitely be using them again. Found our cozy Alpine retreat
Wow… what a lovely little hotel. The Hermine Blanche only has around 24 rooms, that, plus the super attentive staff, make staying here feel very special.

We had a super comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub and jacuzzi are very welcome after a day on the slopes, and the lounge area has very incredibly comfy sofas and a warming fireplace. I challenge you got to have an accidental sofa nap after a day in the hills.

Eating here was also good. All the meals were delicious and well presented. Each morning you are asked to pick your evening meal from several options, all of which were very tempting.

The location is bang on. A quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle, but a mere 6 minute stroll across the pedestrian bridge takes you to downtown Morzine and the bars, shops, ski hire and the all important cable car to take you up into the mountains. Don’t want to walk… no problem. There is also a free bus service that stops right outside.

But what makes a holiday at the Hermine Blanche really special is the lovely staff. Their local knowledge is brilliant, with excellent tips for where to ski, shop and eat. The staff have not only the time, but also a genuine inclination to help you, from offering to carrying your bags, serving drinks, or skiing and snowboarding tips. The personal service was exceptional, and the team are a genuine credit to this excellent little hotel.

Shane helped me with snowboard kit questions, and he also hosts a great quiz night (who knew that the unicorn is the national animal of Scotland?). Ella was great company and helped us choose which slopes to hit. Megan serves a great beer accompanied by friendly conversation. Soirise was brilliant sorting out our bookings and kit hire. She met us from the airport and we immediately knew we were in safe hands. Actually, other than getting on a plane, choosing between coq au vin or another tempting choice, red or white wine, and picking which slopes to ride… I didn’t have a care in the world… everything was in the safe hands of Alpine Elements and their 5 star team.

Is the Alpine Elements Hermine Blanche good value for money? Yes, without a doubt this holiday and hotel are excellent value for money. If you add up the transfers, meals, coffee, cakes, very reasonably priced alcoholic drinks, pool and sauna facilities and location… our Alpine Elements winter holiday was a bargain.

We are already planning our next visit. Why go online and get lost in endless searches for somewhere great to stay in the Alps when we have already found our cozy Alpine retreat... and we can’t wait for our next holiday. We may not even wait for the next ski season and holiday here for a summer adventure.

A warm & friendly atmosphere awaits you on entry. We had room 107 which overlooks the town on onto the ski area. The bridge across to town is only 5 mins away, from where you can get tge Super Morzine over to Avoriaz, and a further 7 takes you to Le Pleney telecabine. The bus back is every half hour ( line D) and you will appreciate it after a days skiing. We hired lockers in the telecabine area which are heated and allow u yo get into comfy boots and not trudge to and forth with skis. Food in the hotel was excellent, as was afternoon tea. Staff couldn’t do enough to help/please you. No hesitation in recommending.

Terrible holiday....
Boiler broke during our stay, there was literally no communication to the guests about the status of the repair and no concern from the manager either who literally said to a guest in front of us "oh well these things can't be helped" after 12 hours of no hot water! Yes we know that can't be helped and that's OK, but a little communication with an update would have gone a long way! For example.... they could have said "we still are working on it" or "it's 6pm and we've just got the boiler fixed but it will take a good few hours for the tanks to get hot, we appreciate your patience and sorry for the inconvenience" - but NO the manager there didn't care clearly!
They are more concerned with getting dinner menus at breakfast than greeting guests and making them feel welcome!
The food was bland and cheap one dinner was tortellini and pesto which literally was like a packet pasta with jar of pesto and load of rocket lettuce thrown on top, super cheap and naff. The other options were not much better. The definitely buy the cheapest options available. We actually paid to eat out by the end of the trip!
Kids meals were almost same everyday. Pasta with butter or cheese or tomato then chips with veggies or one day was chicken nuggets and one fish fingers. Every dessert was vanilla ice cream for the kids.
There's supposed to be afternoon tea type thing put out late afternoon. The manager actually said in thr welcome meeting first come first serve. So they actually never cater for enough people. The lemon sponge cake one day was cut as thin as a water cracker!
The rooms are adequate at best. The duvets no where near fill the duvet covers so you have a mountain of sheet around your next not warm duvet and the edges barely cover the sides of the bed. The throw blanket smelt terrible snd definitely hadn't been washed.
The pillows and mattresses are hard.
The spa is supposed to be open 4pm until 7.30pm but they don't start heating the Sauna until 4pm so really this is only available from 4.30pm onwards as its cold for the first 25+mins!
Oh and if the boiler breaks the jacuzzi is cold for 2 days after too!
Oh and all the staff are out during thr afternoon and they turn all the lights off so if you would like a day off skiing like a few people who stayed in when it was raining one day they had to be in their rooms as the communal areas are dark and the lights are in a locked cupboard!

Lovely little ski hotel. Great spot for walking into morzine and to the Super Morzine lift over the suspension bridge. I'd recommend hiring skis from ABC Sport and you can leave your skis and boots there every night and walk back in comfy shoes, it's a bit uphill. About a 10 minute walk but its a good stretch after skiing. There is a bus down into town but it only runs every half an hour. I think there is also one to avoriaz but we had to go into morzine to collect our skis anyway so we just went via the super morzine lift every day.||Always a warm welcome. Afternoon tea I'm the lounge when you get in. Then a nice sauna and jacuzzi before dinner. Followed by a game of pool or table tennis after dinner. ||The hotel was full when we were there but easily catered for the number of guests. The dining room was cosy and well lit and the food was excellent.||We stayed in a family room, which was fine. Our sons are 17 and 19 so on the verge if being a bit big for the bunks and for sharing a bathroom but it was fine because we spent very little time in our room. We were at the back of the hotel but there was a nice view of the plenney lift from the balcony. ||The bathroom had a nice powerful shower which was always hot. ||The staff organised a quiz night one day which was fun and all the guests seemed to get involved. ||We have stayed in many alpine Elements hotels and chalets and I think this was my favourite. We will definitely return! Thank you

Expensive for what you get with Alpine Elements. Location is awfully inconvenient for skiing, lots of walking or infrequent buses. Would be a good hotel for €70pn but very expensive holidays with Alpine Elements.

We have just completed New Year week at Hermine Blanche with Alpine Elements, There are 25 rooms but is run as a chalet so very informal and fun.|This will be our 4th Elements holiday and we will be back. They are so well run, have such great staff and the hotel is fantastic and in a perfect position. An easy walk across the bridge to the Super Morzine or the bus is outside every half hour. |The food has been terrific every night with a choice every night.|There is good parking but the entrance is very steep. Make sure you have winter or cross season tyres if driving as the road in is also steep.|The pool sauna and hot tub are every bit as good as they look. |The staff recommend the extra bus ride to Avorias for good reason, we ended up there all week and boarded back to super Morzine which is a fun wide run after the high hard fun of the big reds there. Bit of a faff to board there better to D A bus it in the morning then board all the way back. Then short walk home across the bridge.

Me, my husband and two kids (8 and 6) have just had the most fabulous Christmas week at L'Hermine Blanche. If we could rate it higher than 5 stars, we would. The location is ideal, with free regular shuttle buses to the town if you don't want to walk maximum 10 minutes to get there. The food is really delicious, with kids portions an adult would struggle to finish and a lovely varied choice each day. The plentiful afternoon tea and constant access to the hot drinks/fruit juice machines is also a big plus. The facilities are great, and the hotel was spotless. The kids didn't tire of the pool table/table tennis and swimming pool, and the cosy lounge area created a wonderful, friendly vibe. We mixed with lots of the other guests during our stay and it felt very safe for the kids to roam. A lovely touch was having our own designated dining table for the duration of our stay - adding to the personal feel of the trip. The views from the dining area were stunning. The rooms are quaint and comfortable. It's always a struggle for space with a family of four and a lot of winter equipment, but we managed. The staff were fantastic: all very friendly and efficient, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We had a shower problem one morning and within hours it was attended to. Our room was also cleaned/tidied daily! Special mention for Lily, Shane, Ella and Abbie who really added to our holiday with their friendliness and attentiveness. Being Christmas week, attention to detail was evident in little things like mince pies at tea, a lovely tree, a Christmas quiz on Christmas eve and crackers with a full roast dinner on Christmas day. All of this, along with the perfect weather we landed for our week, made for a picture postcard winter wonderland week. Thank you to the whole team at L'Hermine Blanche for making it so special.

We have just had an amazing holiday with Alpine Elements at this hotel. The whole experience was brilliant, from pre-trip enquiries to the staff at the hotel who were so friendly and helpful. We have never tried this type of holiday and will definitely do it again. Alpine elements made it very easy and the organised activities were great. Our rep was also very helpful with the other activities on offer in the area. The hotel was in a great location and we had parking for our car. It was a short walk over the bridge into Morzine. The bikes were great for getting around too. The breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner included were all tasty and there was a good range on offer. The staff were even helpful in adapting the menu for fussy kids! Overall a great trip, thank you

Great hotel but food is poor standard

We’ve had a fantastic week at the hotel. The staff are so friendly and kind. The food was delicious. The facilities are great. We got up to Avoriaz via the super Morzine and had great skiing. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend and will be back

Beautiful location and fantastic service from the seasonal staff. The only slight constructive criticism would be that the food could have been better. Good value for money though.

Good ski chalet hotel. Good location for the bus, but book a ski locker. Food and service pretty good. Good value.

Great little hotel and the food is great too. View from the balcony was stunning.

Rooms are a little small and the bathroom tiling is questionable, but they were perfectly clean.

Pool and jacuzzi were well received after a day in the mountains. Pool could do with being open during the day for non skiers.

Some might not like the walk to and from the town, especially with ski gear, but we found it a nice stroll and there is a free bus stop right outside, though we never used it.

Would definitely come back here if skiing in Morzine again.

Overall the rooms are nice but are a little small, we had a desk in our room which took up quite a bit of space and wasn't really needed.

You are limited for electric plugs. Only 1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom .

WiFi is available but the signal/strength is quite patchy throughout the building.

Staff are very attentive and helpful, and always available.

Good selection for breakfast and meal options, vegetarians are well catered for with alternatives for each course if needed.

Good locations, just the other side of the bridge not too far from the super morzine lift to Avoriaz.

We had a lovely time here, the accommodation is lovely overall, good location and great facilities. The food was a highlight of our stay, great menu all week and not a single meal was less than perfect. The staff are really friendly, polite and very helpful on all fronts whether it be general requests or information on the local area and activities. Special thanks to Paddy, a lovely cheerful young man who worked the bar and chatted to us daily , Tash who gave us a warm welcome and to be honest big thank you to all other staff who’s names we didn’t catch or remember, all hardworking and friendly. My husband met the owner at one point too and he was equally as nice and welcoming. Thank you to All. Def recommend and will return.

The staff are great. Hospitable and very helpful. The rooms are a little bit on the small and cosy side but clean. The bar and lounge area could do with more comfy seating. Food was good. Great location for super morzine lift to Avoriaz. Equally good for activities in Morzine. Recommend it

Great location, friendly staff, the kids loved the pool. The hotel was nice and clean, with plenty of good food.

Such a lovely hotel - friendly, fun and a family favourite of ours! Would definitely recommend for both summer and winter (we have done both). Pool lovely, food lovely, staff great and we hope be back next season.

-Stayed at Hermine in August, loved the staff and atmosphere. A proper British run hotel for fun loving guests. We had free use of bikes and some cool activities thrown in for free but would have been nivcer to do some more activities, maybe next time. Food was good every nights, one night was slightly weird but generally could not fault. breakfasts amazing.

We had a short stay in March - the hotel is in a great location - Close walk to town, without any of the noise.
We had plenty of really good food, the staff were really friendly and knew a lot about the area, where to ski and great places in town.
There’s even a pool and some lovely outdoor seating with lovely views.
Really highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay.
