Excellent stay at Hotel Philibert with Alpine Elements. The staff were a great team working together with the Manager leading by example. The hotel itself was lovely with a bar area where there was always someone during opening hours to serve and somewhere to sit and relax. The evening meals were lovely with good choices. The pool area had plenty of seating and the pool always looked inviting. Our bedroom (room 12) was a good choice, on the larger size with plenty of storage, a large balcony and good bathroom with powerful shower. The room does face the front but on the top floor and we were not disturbed by any road noise. A 10 minute walk takes you into a pretty square which is the start of Morzine shops and restaurants. The activities provided by Alpine Elements were well organised. Overall a fabulous stay at Hotel Philibert.

Here now I’ll keep it short|Hotel = fantastic |Staff = double fantastic |Food = very good|Location = easy bus to slopes |Alice and the team couldn’t be more helpful the pool was great after a days skiing for my son.|Beds were too hard for myself but that’s just my preference all in all 10out of 10 booking for next year smashing hotel cozy

Our stay at The Philibert was excellent. Dan (very ably assisted by Alice) and his team were outstanding and looked after us very well - I can't praise them enough. The whole team contributed - delicious food from Rob and the kitchen team, barman Dan was excellent, all the staff serving at table were professional, polite and organised. Special mention to Rowan and Niamh. The hotel is perfectly located on the bus route to Prodains and we loved it's friendly, rustic feel. We would definitely return, winter or summer).

Incredible place. Staff have never been so helpful. Beautiful open fire, food is always good. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Pool, hot tub and sauna a real bonus.

Brilliant stay lovely comfortable hotel and all staff friendly helpful and fun. My daughter needed gluten free food and the £30 supplement was worth every penny home made GF options at every meal and such care about contamination taken from our own toaster to her own GF plate of food from serve yourself food.

Incredible overalls experience. Particularly the staff are just amazing. Location is great, rooms always warm, pool and hot tub good, sauna good, The food was always brilliant and served on time. Rooms are basic and comfortable. Again, cannot understand how brilliant the staff are. They are SO helpful and friendly.

A brilliant stay all staff helpful friendly and fun.|My daughter has coeliacs and the £30 for gluten free food was money well spent - homemade gluten free evening meals and cake each day and such care about avoiding contamination with our own toaster and plate of food from buffet to avoid contamination risk.lovely location easy access to town and skiing.

Great holiday with lovely food and staff. Nothing was too much trouble and my daughter and boyfriend were invited for dinner! Pool, jacuzzi and sauna area was very relaxing with beautiful views. Bed was comfy, drinks available all day. Bus stop just a couple of minutes walk. Would definitely return.

Alpine Elements was excellent right from the time of booking and the great customer service continued throughout the holiday. Superb location with easy access to the slopes via the local free bus. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area and incredibly accommodating with special food requests. The meals were great with a range of choices each evening. Many thanks to the chefs. Dan, Alice, Dan (bar manager) and the whole team made our holiday memorable and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to Morzine.

An excellent stay with Alpine Elements. A 5* service from arrival to departure, Dan, Alice and the team made us feel welcomed at every possible point. The staff are always happy to hear about your day on the slopes, and share tips and tricks, which is an added bonus as it was our first trip to this area. The bus is a very short walk (my 65 year old dad coped in ski boots) for the short journey to either morzine main gondola or the gondola up to Avoriaz. If you have no ties, definitely get the full ski pass and make the most of each venue. Both offering different touches that each other cannot beat. We stored our skis and boots in the boot room at the hotel, this was a slick process post breakfast to get going and on the buses. Considering it was half term, we always had a seat, especially taking Dans trusted advice to go the long way to Avoriaz to guarantee the seat. The rooms were comfortable with everything you need, daily service to spruce the rooms was lovely, the spa area is well maintained and you can hire a robe for the week at a cheap price (under €10 for the whole week). The bar area had a log fire, which kept it cosy and that alpine feel. The resort itself had little snow, but still picturesque and good snow once at height via the lifts. Nice chalet rooms are clean and very nice, staff work very hard to make sure everything is running smoothly, food in the evening is tasty and well prepared. Short walk to town buses run regularly that can take you to the slopes or morzine town.

Just returned from a week in the adjacent Chalet Petit Philibert. An absolutely wonderful place to a stay. The Alpine Elements team were all brilliant. We shared facilities with the hotel. The pool was great to have after a long day exploring morzine.

The location is great but is up quite a steep hill. It takes about 15mins to walk to the gondolas and about 10mins to the bottom of the village. The walk back is a bit of a challenge if you are reasonably fit and mobile.

The holiday experience with Alpine Elements was great. The included activities allowed us to try things we might not normally have done (white water rafting was a particular treat).

If you are looking for a holiday which keeps you active, you cannot do better than Chalet Philibert and Alpine Elements

Really great experience with the Alpine Elements crew.... would definitely recommend. Amazing food and the heated pool was great for the kids after a day on the slopes.

We booked a ski holiday here March 23 and the hotel facilities were excellent- charming, clean, and finishing a day on the slopes with a swim, steam and sauna was great. Hotel very close to bus stop and rooms were fine. Gluten free options were good.

Unfortunately at the end of the week I got extremely bad food poisoning after the gf evening meal here and when I told Alpine elements to warn for future meals if the meat was off/faulty. However, liaison with the chef has been dire- very rude responses and I have not yet received an apology or any acknowledgement off accountability. Instead, after several emails exchanges they have now ignored my last email. Poor customer service that has meant my group and I will not be using them again. Hotel was great, customer service from Alpine elements, not so much.

Had a fantastic two weeks here with alpine elements in August. Staff were brilliant. It's a nice hotel with good facilities. Four in a room was a bit snug.

Just returned from a fantastic week here, looked after by the awesone team from Alpine Elements. Great location for outdoor activities, and a short walk from the town centre. Cosy, family feel to the place, immaculate rooms , and a small bar downstairs to provide poolside drinks. Would come back for a winter week in a heartbeat.

Un incontournable quand on passe à Morzine. Hôtel plein de charme, chaque séjour dans une chambre différente avec sa thématique spécifique. Ambiance montagne avec ce chalet tout en bois.
Petit déjeuner agréable avec une très bonnes confiture de myrtilles.
