This was our first stay at Le Chablais. We requested a room on first floor as no lift. The afternoon check in is from 5pm and we did get a first floor room. Room was warm, clean and had adequate storage. Bed was comfortable. The location is very good for buses, restaurants and bars. We had breakfast which is extra. We would stay here again||

I was very happy during my stay, especially as I had read some negative reviews after making my booking. From the moment I arrived the staff were all very welcoming and happy to assist with any questions and asking me about my day on my return from skiing. The hotel is basic but my room was clean, my bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water & towels! The radiator in the room made it extremely warm, so just I turned it off apart from an hour or so on my return from skiing to dry my jacket etc. I plan on returning to Morzine next year and I would have no hesitation in booking again.

Great location, great value, staff very helpful, would come back. Better than pictures on website.||||Would just like if rooms had daily cleaning and had some water on arrival.||

After reading all the negative reviews, I was initially a bit hesitant to book, but having just returned from a 4-night stay, I can honestly say I have no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout however there are limited staffing hours . While the rooms were small and basic, they were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful, which was a great bonus. Breakfast was decent, too. The lack of an elevator was a minor inconvenience, but nothing too bothersome for me . The boot and ski room is conveniently located nearby. The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and only 10 minutes to the gondola. For a budget hotel, this place exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay
