la livraz is a nice place to do coross country ski. There are 40 km of tracks but only 4 of them are for beginners. For the others you have to be experienced especially with the iced downhill track. I paid one week ago 8 euros for the daily fee. There is also a restaurant cheap but not the best in Megeve for sure. It is a pity that there is not the possibility to rent skis.
