A great hole on our 6 night of TMB. Staff were friendly and service was on point. Room was nicely appointed with good showers. Great balcony for enjoying the view. There is a really good grocery store just across the street with plenty of options for beer and wine! We had dinner in the restaurant as a group and it was really good. Staff were attentive to our needs. Breakfast Buffett was nice too. Would have been nice to spend more time here!!

The check in person was rude. A dinner entree option had to be picked the moment you were checking in. The room was extremely hot and there was no fan. Wait service in the restaurant was very slow. There was a pool although it was closing by the time the afternoon thunderstorms passed. The room and bathroom were spacious and there was an elevator to assist with retrieving your luggage from the basement and carrying it upstairs

Tous les soirs vers 22h, le quad reste avec le moteur tournant pendant 15 minutes. Le respect du silence et de l'environnement sont en option.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The hot tub was cold, the food was awful and we asked to have our laundry done which they said would be be done by 7am…it wasn’t they never did it we had to wait around until 8am and start our hike late and it still wasn’t done and when we arrived at the next hotel we were missing half of our clothes and the other half was wet. Don’t come here, book anywhere else.
