Lovely little hotel and fantastic staff who can’t do enough for you. Very comfortable rooms with big rads for drying clothes etc. The hotel is right next to a lift which is amazing for skiing etc, also has a boot room for gear. Getting to and from town is a bit tricky in the evening as the bus only runs until around 7pm, but overall I would absolutely recommend the hotel.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff. Can’t do enough for you and so friendly. Hotel is right to next to one of the main lifts too so getting into the slopes is a piece of cake. Rooms are very comfortable with good beds and decent shower. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic gem of a hotel in stunning surroundings.|Arrived 1st week Jan to plenty of snow. 90min taxi transfer from Geneva. Rooms are basic but great - quiet location, comfy beds, hot shower, adjustable radiator, balcony overlooking Etale ski lift. Lovely continental buffet breakfast and evening meals available, fabulous burgers. 2 ski lifts right next to hotel - U'fredy beginners slope and E'tale for intermediates. Ski storage room available. Very reliable bus service outside hotel (bus no.6) to go to La Clusaz town. Ski hire shop 500m walk or 1 stop on the bus. There is an automated kiosk by the bus stop you can collect your pre-booked lift passes.|Would highly recommended this family friendly hotel and staff were very helpful.

Hôtel très bien placé, vue magnifique ! Navette gratuite pour le centre de la Clusaz à 2 min à pied et parking juste en face de l'hôtel.
Accueil et service sympa, dans un environnement familial.
Chambre très belle, pratique avec vue sur les pistes. Quelques oublis sur la propreté dans la chambre..
Hôtel au calme, idéal pour se reposer et profiter de ses vacances !
Petit déjeuner au top: copieux, et produits de bonnes qualités avec beaucoup de choix.
