Family holiday with a group of 12 including 4 children - change of owner between reservation and stay. Although indicated on the website, we weren’t able to have served a child friendly menu before the adults in the evening so the kids could go to sleep earlier. We had mountain cheese / fondue 3 a times in 1 week…= too much. We did appreciate the great location, right next to the slopes.

Super séjour avec une équipe au plus près de ses clients. Jérôme et Mathéo sont toujours attentifs, empathiques et font de cet hôtel un endroit convivial et chaleureux. L'apéritif avant le dîner, dans le salon près du bar, à côté de la cheminée, relaxant avant d 'aller déguster la très bonne cuisine du chef. (Son vin chaud un must !)||Petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux, le plein d'énergie avant de partir en montagne.||A moins de 100 mètres du téléski des grands laquais, un endroit idéal pour profiter des pistes.

A beautiful chalet with great piste access, great food and very helpful staff. We had a minor mix-up on the booking but the way Jerome went above and beyond to sort it out was hugely appreciated. Highly recommended and I will return in the future.
