La seule entrée de la montagne (si vous ne voulez pas gravir la montagne). Pour être honnête, le prix est un peu cher, mais c’est à Chamonix! Bah,raisonnable

it's a kind of luck, we bought tickets 2 days before the event, drove 200 km and it turned out to be closed, in the end we only climbed 2800 meters, it was closed longer, then we went to the ticket office, they returned half the money to us

It's an impressive cable car smoothly and quickly (almost 40 km/h) getting you to a 3800+ height. My only issue is the single price. People going up to take a quick look, carrying no supplies have to pay 78 Euros which is, like the cable car itself, seriously steep. The reception staff in my hotel told me they have not all gone up due to the cost. What's absurd is that it seems to be the same price as people carrying gear (skis, climbing etc), who both take lots more space and will stay up much longer making a bigger impact to the environment. Given that the gear they carry cost thousands they could definitely pay more than plain visitors to cover their bigger footprint. I guess Chamonix is a tourist location so what is fair and makes sense environmentally is not their main concern, but anyway. If you can afford it it's worth the ride, not many high peaks are as easily reachable.

Lieu exceptionnel à 3842 m. Terrrasses avec vue sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de du Mont-Blanc. Le pas dans le vide à ne pas manquer.... Visite en dehors des vacances scolaires.

Extraordinaire. Une vue incroyable. Une prouesse de construction. Un moment inoubliable.
À faire par beau temps, ça rend le site encore plus beau.
Attention à réserver avant par internet pour être sûr de monter. Si vous arrivez trop tard le matin vous risquez de ne plus avoir de place. À faire absolument.

Maravilhoso!! Um dos melhores passeios, as vistas das montanhas são incríveis, vale cada centavo!! Pague até o topo que é onde está a vista mais linda do Mont Blanc, imponente, coberto de neve… e vá preparado pra frio intenso, sapatos e roupas adequados são fundamentais!

Spectacular views from the top and if you're up for it: the best skiing of your life down the Vallé Blanche. I come back here from Alberta at least twice a year to do this run. It's getting more and more popular though, so be prepared to wait for a spot on the gondola.

Amazing experience but a bit experiensive. I recommend buying online or a daily card, which gives you access to different experiences during the day at Chamonix.
