A lovely family run hotel. Wonderful hospitality, awesome breakfast, quiet rooms with plenty of storage and a spectacular view of Mont Blanc from every room.

Stayed 4 nights during our TMB trip. Nice hotel with very friendly staff/owners. Comfortable and clean rooms with a balcony that had beautiful views (overlooking Mt Blanc). It is strategically located near the Aiguille du Midi cable car station with many cafes and eateries nearby. Despite its central location it was quiet during the night. Food served for breakfast was good. Looking forward to stay here again on my next trip back to Chamonix.

Definitely would recommend this hotel. Friendly services. Central walkable location. Savory breakfast had many choice and was delicious. The rooms were tidy with a great view from the balcony. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. We were so grateful they let us keep our suitcase in the ski room while we hiked the TMB.

Nice rooms and nice view, good location close to the center and in a quiet street, but poor and disappointing service. Reception closes at 8h, not adapted to a 3 stars hotel. As a result, lack of atmosphere. Could do much better with some effort and some attention to services.

I only came for lunch, haven’t stayed at the hotel but what an amazing lunch! The formule deal is fantastic value, highly recommend a blini with a fantastic handmade pâtisserie treat and drink for €16. Lovely friendly service and excellent food!

Quel charmant et adorable petit écrin de coocooning ????
Ce petit établissement offre la possibilité de déjeuner et de goûter, de très bons produits cuisinés maison ! Tout ca loin de la foule tout en profitant de la proximité du centre ville ???? nous y venons prendre le goûter en famille après l'école, et déjeunons parfois le midi ! Tout est parfait! La dame est super accueillante et très chaleureuse ????

Amazing stay for skiing in chamonix from nyc. Rooms are so cute with little cottage mountain details everywhere - tons of storage, clean bathroom, the steam room and dry sauna and little massage table makes for an amazing little spa retreat after skiing (make a reservation in advance), the entire staff is so friendly, always eager to please their customers and ensuring you have a great stay! Agnes checked us in and was so nice but everyone was very nice! The views are amazing. I would stay here again next time in chamonix. The location is great for skiing too because it’s about 10 min walk to buses and it’s the first stop so you always get a seat on the ski bus!! Easy walking to everywhere in chamonix extremely happy with our stay. We also did the tea room before leaving for the airport- great views, tea, and the tiramisu was amazing. All the balconies have amazing views! Loved it. They even had towel warmers in the bathroom. For the price especially this is a great value hotel would highly recommend.

Notes for future guests:
-Ski boots & skis have to go downstairs in the ski room so just bring flip flops or etc to go there every morning in your ski socks when you head out for the day. Also can use the flip flops for going to the spa room.

-No snacks, drinks, etc allowed in your room so just keep that in mind.

-They do have cleaning service during your stay which is rare these days, was so nice.

-You really don’t need a car, we were happy with booking the shuttle services and you can walk Everywhere from the hotel

I stayed here when doing my TMB in the summer of 2024. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet corner of the town - close to everything, but not packed with tourists.

The hotel staff was super friendly, and the room was spotless clean and had a spacious patio with a great view of the surrounding peaks. I was able to also leave my luggage here for the duration of my week long TMB. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay here!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views on an oversized balcony. The location is also perfectly situated by the cable car, train, bus station and downtown chamonix. The folks here are friendly and catered to every need even though I only had the pleasure of staying for one night. I’d highly recommend this super clean property for any holiday maker or thriller seekers.

Fabulous, quiet, family-run hotel. Rooms are simple but have everything you need. The garden is wonderful to sit in on a hot day and read and eat some of their blinis. They have Mariage Freres tea, best tea in France. The pool is a godsend in hot Chamonix summer. Brilliant hospitality- I’d go back in a jiffy.

This is a lovely family run hotel with a heated pool, amazing views, and great breakfast and cafe. Perfect location. We loved the two room family suites. The front desk and cafe staff were always friendly and spoke English well. I can’t recommend enough!

Rooms are traditional and wooden ( could do with a better positioned mirror for hair drying etc, which is included. No tea making facilities in the room but a delightful salon de tea in the reception area. Rooms were spotless and the staff could not had been nicer. We came 15 years ago and we’re so pleased to find the hotel was still here. Grounds are well maintained and a lovely swimming pool . Views were amazing of mt Blanc. The whole experience has been perfect thank you

Stayed as a single parent with my little boy for one night. The location of this hotel is perfection for aiguille du midi ????????||Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Room had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Charmonix.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel in Chamonix during my honeymoon, and I can't stop smiling just thinking about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles from the lovely hosts.

The view from our double room overlooking Mont Blanc was simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a majestic sight every morning was a dream come true. The room was cozy and perfect for two people, although it might be a tad snug for larger groups.

One of the best perks of this hotel is its unbeatable location. With major attractions like the Aiguille du Midi Cable Car and Train du Montenvers Mer de Glace just a leisurely stroll away, we were able to make the most of our time exploring without any hassle. Plus, being so close to the Chamonix Sud Bus Station made getting around incredibly convenient, especially when lugging our luggage.

But beyond the stunning views and convenient location, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible hospitality of the hosts. These wonderful ladies went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine friendliness and infectious smiles made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the door.

And let's not forget about the breakfast! Each morning, we were treated to a delicious spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and more, all served with a side of panoramic views of Mont Blanc. It was the perfect way to start our days of adventure in Chamonix.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a cozy retreat with unbeatable views, friendly hosts, and easy access to all that Chamonix has to offer, look no further. I can't recommend this place enough!

Emplacement très bien à 5 min de la station de Font-Romeu, le service est top, la réceptionniste Sandra est très accueillante et à l’écoute. Seul petit bémol les murs des chambres sont très fins, prévoyez des boules quies car c’est un hôtel très familial avec des enfants. ????

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour avec mon père à l'hôtel l'outsalet.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé proche du centre ville et du départ de l'aiguille du midi. L'accès y est facile avec un parking réservé à la clientèle. Le personnel extrêmement sympathique, les chambres agréables.

Lugar fabuloso para descansar despues de recorrer chamonix y/o alrededores. Levantarte cada mañana con vistas al Montblanc es fantástico. Las tres mujeres de recepción y la mujer que prepara las habitaciones han sido muy agradables, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Trato muy cercano y amable en todo momento, ayudandote en todo lo posible y atendiendote en al menos 3 idiomas diferentes( Francés, inglés, español).
