l'hôtel était parfait, tant l’accueil que la chambre, le restaurant et le spa.
Petite note négative tout même à cause des travaux matinaux et des clients bruyants dans les couloirs.

The location of the hotel is perfect for any activity in Chamonix.
I asked for a quiet room and did get one on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the room/rooms above were very noisy one night after 11pm.
I was a little disappointed to find the hotel so full of large corporate groups - this made for a very busy and very noisy spa experience even with restricted numbers.
The view from the room was amazing. Unfortunately, the beds are too short. I am 188cm tall.

Nous avons organisé un séminaire commercial de 4 jours en janvier. Tout a été parfait ! les chambres sont très confortables, la salle de réunion est bien équipée et les repas sont excellents (et servis rapidement !). Le vrai plus de l'hôtel est la gentillesse du personnel et l'efficacité d'Emilie qui a été aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande pour un séminaire.

Things that could have been better:
- Bathroom doesnt have a door that you can close properly and have your intimacy there, (it's a sliding door that serves both as closet door and bathroom door)
- SPA quite small, more people allowed and only 7 chairs available. Where can 20 people sit and relax or have a tea if all 7 chairs are occupied with others towels?
- breakfast was modest but good choices per overall
