Een heel comfortabel verblijf midden in het centrum van Chamonix. De kamer (benedenappartement) is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken.

The apartment was very spacious, cute, clean, and comfortable for our stay in Chamonix. The location in town is terrific. I could even see the mountains from the bed. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. It was a perfect home base for our Mont Blanc adventures.

Un séjour merveilleux à Chamonix.
Nous avions loué pour 1 nuit un appartement, spacieux et pratique. Lit très confortable. Des jeunes filles à la réception très agréables et professionnelles, le parking de l'hôtel très bien situé et pratique, l'emplacement de l'hôtel idéal à proximité de toutes les commodités située en centre ville...tout se fait à pied !

Our stay at Le Genepy was truly exceptional! We just visited this month, the apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Chamonix, with convenient access to a supermarket and numerous shops. The service was outstanding—the friendly and attentive ladies at reception went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I wouldn't hesitate to choose Le Genepy again on my next visit to Chamonix. Highly recommended!

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Im EG war es leider sehr hellhörig und es sollte im Bad und an ein paar Stellen nachgebessert werden.
Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und haben es genossen.

Nosotros nos hospedamos en los apartamentos y todo resultó muy bien. Todo está limpio, bien cuidado, la cama amplia y cómoda. Equipado conelectrodomesticos y muy amplio. El único inconveniente es el aparcamiento que no tiene. La ubicación inmejorable.

Good location just off main street, but tucked away where one may need to search a little the first time. GREAT staff who are very helpful and friendly. Nice reception area attached to common eating area. Clean bedrooms and large bathrooms are very inviting. We had trouble with opening ceiling windows, but staff addressed it.

Great two bedroom apartment updated with all the amenities needed to cook dinner including a small dishwasher and oven. The front desk was Extremely helpful and spoke English, as well as French and other languages. The front desk manager, Florian was simply the best!!!
The apartment is around the corner from the pedestrian street and a supermarket. The supermarket had amazing meat that is dry aged. The lift is quite small and was not working on the day we checked out. You need to reserve parking before and pay €15 per night but well worth it. I would also suggest trying the hot tub and sauna in the spa for the additional charge. The only thing drawback is the alley in the back is open to the public and it can get loud at night and seems a bit unsafe if you’re coming back late, we had no issues

We really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we have had while in France, including bacon and eggs even and fresh squeezed juice.

Flo & Ales at the front desk were so welcoming and personable. It's so important to have good staff, and they are making the hotel look great. Professional, polite, funny, and so helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Nous avons occupé l’appartement 4 équipé d’une chambre double et un canapé lit dans le salon.|C’est une véritable étuve avec une chaleur écrasante, le refroidisseur n’y changeant rien.|Cela oblige à laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour rafraîchir uniquement le salon, et là le drame, nuisances sonores toute la nuit.|Les enfants ont dormi dans la chambre sans fenêtre, chaleur insupportable.|Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais.|Seuls points positifs : localisation et propreté de l’appartement.|Très déçus …

Family with dog stayed.|Beautiful building outside, great location and good views of Mont Blanc from the rooms.|2 bedroom was good had a sofa bed too but the apartment isn’t big enough for 6 would be so crowded.|Quality was good. Reception a short walk away and staff helpful.|The only complaint we had is the communal entrance, hall and stairs stinks of sweaty skiers gear and it’s August…. Was horrific. Apartment didn’t smell. The smell needs seriously sorting. Wow!|Car park was at the end of the road and there is a drop off outside the apartments.

لا يوجد اي خدمات ، والموقع مو مره يعني
والريحه في مداخل الاوتيل سيئه
نظافه وخدمه مافيه ، ومواقف السيارات لكل الاوتيل يمكن 6 فقط
ولو كنت في الدور الثالث او الثاني انت تطلع شنطتك لغرفتك وما تستخدم المصعد لان ممنوع حمل الشنط في المصعد، لان مصعدهم نص متر في نص متر تقريبا ولا يكفي الا لشخص واحد او طفلين ، الشقه حليله والبلكونه سيئه
لا يوجد تكييف حاطيين صحراوي صغير ومزعج ورجله مكسوره لازم تثبته على جدار ولا بيطيح
والسعر جدا مبالغ فيه لعدم وجود اي خدمات
لا انصح فيه للسكن

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans l'appart duplex 4 pièces "n°14 le triolet", sur le site internet il est précisé "vue Mont Blanc", ceci est entièrement faux à la place du Mont Blanc vous avez un bâtiment "hôtel la verticale". Les fenêtres de toit des chambres ne ferment pas vous bénéficiez donc de tous les bruits de la rue, notamment le transpalette du super U qui commence à 6 heures du matin ( j'ai du acheter des bouchons d'oreilles pour pouvoir dormir). La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas et malgré nos demandes, elle n'a pas été changée. L'appart hôtel est sur deux bâtiments, faites attention en réservant pour être dans un appart à l'étage du bâtiment donnant sur un patio, là vous aurez une vue sur le Mont Blanc et moins de bruits du super U... Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu cette chance...
Le personnel est agréable, le parking de l'hôtel très bien situé et pratique, l'emplacement de l'hôtel pratique en centre ville...
