Overview: We loved this hotel, it was super close to the slopes and only a short bus ride into town for bars/restaurants. Picturesque views from our room and just such a cosy vibe!||Pros: I’ll start off by saying, the whole vibe of this hotel is perfect for what we were looking for. Cosy chalet vibes, beautifully decorated. The spa is probably the best part! It was always empty when we went after a day of skiing so we got to enjoy the jacuzzi and views to ourselves. ||Room: we booked last minute so they only had superior twin room available which was still lovely although not ideal being a twin but never mind. Rooms are lovely with amazing views of Mont Blanc. Shower was great and beds super comfy. ||Cons:|The guy on reception was kind of rude during our stay. He wouldn’t really greet us and didn’t give any info on the hotel, breakfast/check out time/spa info etc. Nevertheless we still would book again. ||10/10 would book again!

Service client catastrophique.
Je viens de me faire raccrocher au nez par la réceptionniste alors que j’essayais simplement de trouver une solution avec elle, impossibilité de dialoguer de maniere correct et aucune solution proposé. Pourtant ma requete n’etait pas sorcière.

About the stay, it was good, but with some very negative points. For example, the hotel description says that ski pass and laundry are included. Before going, I sent an email detailing these details. The hotel replied by email that it was included in the travel package I paid for. When I got there, they denied it. Even though I showed them the email they replied to, they said they didn't know about this type of service. This was extremely disrespectful to the customer. This is false advertising.
