The staff are always excellent and welcoming hosts and the new manager and grand hostess Elizabeth really bring it all together. I felt very at home and safe, especially after making the risky climb just before nightfall in heavy snow this winter, a reminder that this is more than an incredible hotel with many comforts and remains an important refuge that saves lives to this day, where the doors are always left open at night…
Le cadre invite à la déconnexion totale, avec de magnifiques balades à faire autour de la Mer de Glace. Le personnel de l’hôtel était aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Nous avons même eu droit à une coupe de champagne offerte pour célébrer notre anniversaire, une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés.
Une expérience vraiment réussie. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !
Les chambres sont très agréables et cosy, la carte délicieuse et le personnel très gentil.
