Nouveau séjour, Hôtel toujours au top, emplacement, chambre, restauration.|Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir le même personnel à la restauration, au service de chambre ce qui est bon signe.Les jeunes stagiaires au restaurant sont déjà très pro.|En résumé, super séjour et vivement les prochaines vacances à Chamonix !

My husband and I stayed for seven nights to do daily hikes in Mont Blanc. It has been scorching hot in Chamonix. My room faced the afternoon sun and there is no air-conditioning in the room. It was miserable to sleep at night in the heat. ||One morning I inquired a direction to Les Houches to a staff member. He said I can take the train or the bus to the gondola station. To reconfirm I asked again. Rita at the front desk said train will not get me directly to the gondola station to start the Mont Blanc Tour and suggested to take the bus. |All of a sudden the front desk manager advanced towards me hastily and verbally attacked me for NO REASON!! I want to know WHY?? I was completely shock!! It was unprofessional and unacceptable behavior to a guest at your hotel. I was beyond upset. Even the staff members were shocked. Rita apologized for his insane behavior. |The manager has been rude, impolite and unfriendly. || Foods in the mountain seems to be a bit salty and very sensitive to it. I asked for a recommendation a night before to the manager. He praised a restaurant called "Bize" My husband and I visited the restaurant. we had a delectable dinner and enjoyed it very much. I was planning to thank him but that morning as I was ready to leave to Les Housches he insulted and yelled at me. I have traveled around the world and have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life. It's truly despicable. Is this how a manger treat their guests??

The location is great, literally next door to the Aiguille du Midi. Very cordial & helpful multilingual staff. Very nice breakfast.|Note:was quite warm in Chamonix during our stay & hotel has no A/C-however a large fan had been placed in room prior to our arrival-was useful!

Nous y sommes allées pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Cette fois on a invite' les enfants. Dans leur chambre familiale qu'est ce que nous y sommes éclatés! C'était un rêve pour les enfants, et pour nous la menu dégustation- parfait!!! Avec les jeux, les livres et les vélos, les enfants n’étaient jamais ennuyés ! Merci a l'équipe toujours a l'écoute et super sympa! On y reviendra sans hésitation!

Excellent séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel :|- idéalement placé en centre ville (accès aux commerces et restaurants en quelques minutes à pied), au pied du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi.|- stationnement sur réservation d'une place en parking souterrain (10€/nuit).|- chambre impeccable, avec une très belle décoration (surclassement lors de notre arrivée). Nombreux rangements. Terrasse. Aucun bruit (ni dedans, ni dehors).|Eau chaude rapide, produits Nuxe à disposition dans la salle de bain. Peignoirs + chaussons à disposition. |- Magnifique spa, avec accès illimité de 10h à 21h (2 hammams, 1 sauna, 1 piscine, 1 jaccuzi...). Enfants non autorisés à partir du début d'après-midi. Institut Nuxe sur place, avec possibilité de réservation de soins (pas donné : 300€ le massage duo de 1h15): les professionnelles y sont compétentes et agréables.|- Petit déjeuner réservé avec la chambre : buffet très bon et diversifié, disponibilité de tables quelque soit l'heure.|- Réglement possible avec ANCV (hôtel et soins au spa).|Bref, nous reviendrons !! ????

Plusieurs sejours dans cet hotel bien situé dans la ville. L'accueil est agréable, le personnel serviable. Le petit dejeuner copieux et varié et le diner au restaurant de l'hotel nous fait apprécier des plats bien présentés avec une possibilité de choix même en demi pension. La piscine et le spa sont très agréables avec un créneau permis aux enfants dans la journée. Tout est étudié pour un séjour relaxant dans un cadre étudié pour le bien-être.

C'est avec plaisir que nous séjournons régulièrement dans cet hotel. Tout est parfait : depuis l'accueil des notre arrivée, les chambres agréables, la bibliothèque à disposition, l'espace détente avec piscine et spa...sans oublier le restaurant. Nous étions en demi-pension et le diner était un vrai régal. Merci à toute l'équipe qui est agréable et professionnelle.

Toujours un très grand plaisir de passer quelques jours dans ce très bel établissement. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le spa très bien équipé et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et très bon. |Les cocktails du bar sont excellents. |Le restaurant frometon toujours aussi bon. |L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent. |Nous avons pu profiter du service de forfaits de ski directement à la réception ce qui nous a évité de faire la queue aux caisses. |Et je voulais finir par le personnel qui est vraiment au top que ce soit à la réception, au bar, au spa, au frometon, le personnel qui fait les chambres... Nous sommes contents de revoir les mêmes employés depuis plusieurs années. |Nous reviendrons à nouveau c’est sûr !

What a great experience at this hotel! Just got back from a 3 night stay in Appartement Lucy at Hotel Heliopic. Best of both worlds as you get the convenience and amenities of the hotel with the privacy and space of a private apartment. Staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Lovely decor, very clean, nicely appointed kitchen, fantastic location near cable car and main street. Super walkable area. I wish the beds had a top sheet bc the duvet was very thick and warm so we got a little hot at night. Room service brought some on request. Washer/dryer combo is a little difficult to use, would have been nice to have some instructions. Otherwise, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely recommend!

Great hotel for our family ski trip, great location, walked to the bus in ski boots with ease, really helpful staff and little extras such as the ski shop and teas coffees and kids drinks are a great touch! Will definately return everything you need under one roof!

Bonjour,
Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans l’appartement Émeline.
A l’arrivée, service bagagerie.
Appartement parfait pour 4 personnes.
Propre et bien agencé, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée (appareil à raclette, fondue, grille pain, dosettes de café / thé).
Magnifique spa, malgré le fait d’avoir été dérangés par des adolescents turbulents. Nous nous sommes plaints auprès du personnel du spa qui a essayé de faire le nécessaire.
L’ambiance de cet hôtel est chaleureuse et apaisante. Ce dernier est parfaitement situé par rapport au centre de Chamonix et ses activités.
Merci à toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Excellent hotel offering skiers and kids friendly amenities. |We stayed at the fully equipped apartment for 6 nights and we enjoyed every moment we spent in there. The hotel has a swimming pool, a ski rental shop as well as restaurants. Location is great, right next to the Aiguille du Midi and just a few minutes walk to the town centre. |Our kids love the little bikes, Pingu cartoon and video game machines at the lobby! |The staffs are helpful and tell us about the things to do in the Chamonix area. |We had a great stay overall in the hotel and enjoyed the skiing, shopping and dining experience in Chamonix.

From the time we arrived until we left the service from all members of staff was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. |We booked through Crystal Ski on a half board basis and the breakfast buffet was good . The restaurant is a Michelin Bib Gourmand and every night the 3 course evening meal was fantastic with the menu changing daily. |The Nuxe Spa was an added bonus with always plenty of space . The availability of free hot drinks and sparkling water was a nice touch . The walk to the ski bus stop was only 5 mins and the town centre was the same distance.

This hotel is a great choice for those who are visiting Chamonix.|Location is perfect...10 minutes into the centre of the walking street.||Hotel is beautifully appointed and maintained.|Rooms are very comfortable and beds are great.||Food was outstanding as we chose the half board alternative and each day were very happy with the alternatives offered.|The hotel has a cheese fondue/raclette restaurant as well which we tried and were very happy.|Pool /Spa area is excellent.|Staff are friendly and very helpful.||Definite recommend !

We stayed here for Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa was a lovely place to relax after a days skiing. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts very good. However, it does state that its next door to the cable car, this is true but this particular cable car only takes you to a viewing point and not a ski area, however the ski bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. The ski hire shop adjoined to the hotel was good and the service friendly. We booked 3 standard rooms and used them as singles but would have thought them a bit small if there were 2 of you.

Habitué on viens 1 a 2 fois par an toujours avec la même formule chambre en demi-pension merci pour le surclassement toujours très intéressant côté spa chambre accueil rien à dire super restaurant au top juste ce qu'il faut très pro font très attention à l'intimité des gens pendant le repas ne change rien bravo le petit bémol au spa pas de moyen de se mettre dans les œufs qui balance les gens mettre leur peignoir et leur serviettes et nous ne pouvons pas avoir accès à cette détente ne serait-ce que 10 minutes dommage il serait bien de justifier par un petit mot de ne pas privatiser plus de 20 minutes les œufs balançant afin que tout à chacun puisse en profiter merci

We stayed here 2 nights at the beginning of the TMB and 2 nights when we finished. The room was comfortable with robes, slippers and nice amenities. It has free water station in the lobby with flat and bubbly water as well as an area for hot drinks. The lobby has a lot of seating to relax. We enjoyed the pools and saunas. Booked a massage which was mediocre. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were great about printing some documents for me. We stored luggage there when we were on the TMB and when we arrived back muddy and wet our luggage was waiting for us in our new room. Hope to come back some time in the winter to stay and ski.

Un merveilleux week-end, accueil correct, chambre confortable et tres sympa , restaurants de qualité avec du personnel aux petits soins , services à l a hauteur d’un 4 étoiles , spa un Peu juste vu le monde mais très sympa ???? le plus la proximité du centre ville, on peut tout faire un pied , téléphérique 1 min , montenvers 7 min à pied , centre ville 6 min à pied. Rapport qualité prix coherent

Une première expérience pour nous mais certainement pas la dernière. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. L’accueil parfait, la chambre magnifique, le restaurant majestueux |L’accès au téléphérique de l’aiguille du midi est juste en face de l’hôtel. Pouvoir se détendre en fin d’après-midi dans la piscine est un vrai plus. |Mention spéciale pour le restaurant Akashon où nous avons mangé si délicieusement.

Un séjour en amoureux pour se reposer dans ce cadre magnifique. |Service impeccable, petit déjeuner gargantuesque, SPA magnifique et que dire du massage… tout est là pour passer un moment de détente suspendu.|Chambre tout confort avec produits Nuxe dans la salle de bain (pour corps et cheveux). Nous avons adoré.

Heliopic is lovely. It offers a great location, and the staff and service are excellent. We planned our visit well in advance, and Heliopic helped us to organize car transport, held our bags, and was always highly responsive. They welcome you warmly and are super-helpful. When I had to travel home for a family emergency, they were extremely responsive, and again arranged a room for us and car transport to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers as a lovely, guest-friendly and professionally run hotel.
