Friendly staff, spacious room with a dynamic mountain view.
Kitchen tools and tablewear are well equipped.
Just 5 minutes walk to the city center.
Thanks to the weather, we enjyoed hiking every day. However, I think we would enjyoed the view from the window if we stayed the room.

تم حجز غرفة بصالة مع السلامة مطبخ صغير وهي عبارة عن شقة صغيرة لكن الموقع قريب من سنتر شامونية والاطلالة ممتازة

beautiful hotel a short walk from the main area in chamonix. Hotel staff were super kind and friendly and were able to help with everything we needed. breakfast was great, croissants were amazing! walkable to the main attractions and as an added bonus paragliding can be watched from your room landing in the field.

We loved staying here. Beautiful location. The stunning views of the mountains can be viewed from our bedroom and living room space. The concierge are helpful and kind. They lend us an umbrella on a rainy day so we can still go out to explore. Great location as it's under 20 minute walk to the heart of Chamonix, train station to Mer de Glace and Aguille du Midi. Very convenient. The hotel also have a lovely pool and breakfast area. Breakfast is 14€ a person, however, you would not be disappointed with their croissants! Overall, its a very lovely and cozy place to stay.

Bien décevant! Après tant d'années consécutive à être client de cet hôtel que j'ai toujours trouvé plus tot bien parce que la vue est merveilleuse sur le Mont-Blanc. Finalement, apres la recervation de l'appartement en JAVIER ☝️6 moins d'avance☝️avec bien la precision au sujet de "la vue sur le Mont Blanc"☝️! et apres heures de route...tu arrives dans une appartement avec des chambres miniscules (meme pas des simple tables de nuit)... avec la 1/2 vue sur la facade de l'autre bâtiment et même... la fenêtres de chambre "parental" a coucher sans les rideaux "voile" (pour se proteger de vis a vis au moin durant la journée... Breffff! Certe...je vais plus revenir ici!!!

مميزاته : الحجم الكبير للغرف مقارنه للفنادق ووجود مطبخ مستقل بكل معداته وحمامين منفصلين للقعده وللشاور .
اهم ما يميزه المنظر الرائعة للغرف المطله عل البالكونه حيث خلف الفندق جبل وتلة خضراء يستخدمونها للقفز والطيران بالمظلات

الاثاث عادي جدا كانك في ريف
الحمام بدون شفاط والقعدة منفصله عن الحمام الرئيسي
لا يوجد اي تكييف وطلبنا مروحه من الاستقبال

المطعم صغير جد والفطور محدود

المكان قريب من السنتر دقايق مشي،الشقة كانت بالدور الخامس ومطله ع مهبط البراشوت،المنظر من البلكونة في فترة النهار جميييل جداً عكس الليل كأنك في غابة من الظلام .
لا يوجد تكييف،لايوجد شطاف ودورة المياه صغيرة جداً ومنفصلة عن المغسلة.
المكان هادئ والموظفين متعاونين ويساعدوك بأي معلومة أو حجز تحتاجه،مسموح تسكين الكلاب.

انصح فيه وبقوه خصوصاً اطلالته

افضل فندق واطلاله

الموقع جبار يبعد 4 دقايق مشي من السنتر + الاثاث متوسط لكن للامانة خذيت سويت واسع وهو بالاصح شقق فندقية متكاملة حمامين غرفتين وصاله وبلكوننتين ومطبخ شرح جدا وكل شي فيه من الملعقة للقدر لغسالة المواعيين .

اخذت غرفه مع صاله تكفي لعائله عدد ٤ اشخاص المساحه تعتبر صغيرة لكن تأدي الغرض بحكم انك اغلب وقتك راح يكون برا النوقع مميز امامك حديقه كبيرة بالنسبه للموظفين بامانه محترمين وخدمتهم ممتازه انا حجزت في شهر 6 ميلادي الاجواء رائعه

قبل لا تجي تأكد ان الاطلاله على المساحات الخضراء والجبل ، لا تكون على الشارع زي ما صار معي ولا راح يتعاونون معك ولا حتى الموقع اللي حجزت عن طريقه (المسافر)

- موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب للسنتر تقريباً ١٠ دقايق مشي
- اطلالة الفندق رائعة جداً ومن افضل الاطلالات اللي شفتها وقدام الفندق منطقة هبوط مظلات، صراحة المنظر فضيع
- الخدمة والاستقبال كانت ممتازة ودودين جداً
- يوجد مواقف مجانية
- يوجد صالة العاب وفيها تنس وبلياردو وهوكي وعدد من الالعاب
- فيه خدمات ثانية مثل المسبح والساونا، ما جربتها لاني سكنت فيه ليلة وحدة
- بشكل عام الفندق مرة حلو وكنت متردد بسبب بعض للتعليقات اللي كاتبين الاثاث قديم ومتهالك، صراحة الاثاث مقبول ولا يهمني الاثاث واذا انت جاي في مناطق ريفية طبيعي يكون الاثاث خشبي وشكله قديم
- انصح فيه ولو رجعت سكنت فيه مرة ثانية

Hello, je suis en litige avec cette société (on vous traite comme un billet de banque): ils n’ont pas hésité à me ponctionner mon acompte alors que je les avais prévenus d’un accident survenu + d’ 1 mois avant la resa a Noel: + de 700 € perdus et le pire: ils n’ont même pas accepté de me faire un avoir pour relouer le Noel d’après ???? moment difficile… quelle déception!

Beautiful Hotel in a peaceful place, just 5 minute walk from the beginning of the commercial area of Chamonix.

When we arrive the parking down the building was something really important because a lot of snow in the streets at that moment.

A really nice all round hotel, the rooms were perfect for our family of 5, we liked the location as it was just a short walk from the center of Chamonix.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, they organized ski passes and recommended ski rentals too.

I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Un acceuil chaleureux mais alors le reste .... un ascenseur et des couloirs en travaux. Un petit déjeuner peu copieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Et en prime un oiseau mort sur le balcon.
Trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Résidence très bien située , belle vue de l’appartement . On a apprécié , le confort les services et la vue sur le mont blanc et la prairie. Le personnel est disponible . Ambiance familiale - piscine et sauna pour se decontracter . Je recommande !

A localização é fantástica. Ligeiramente afastada de onde tudo acontece, mas com uma proximidade que o torna central. Além da vista incrível e das pistas mais próximas.

Mas... Há sempre um ou vários “mas”!

O quarto “familiar” que nos foi atribuído era comunicante com o do lado, ou seja, ainda que a porta esteja sempre fechada, acabamos por ouvir muito do que se passa na “vizinhança”, prejudicando – por vezes – o descanso. Não faço ideia se são todos assim ou não, mas espero que não e tenha sido só azar meu.

Além disso, o quarto tem dois pisos. O WC também! No piso de cima: banheira e lavatório. No piso de baixo: lavatório e sanita. Pena que os dois pisos estejam separados por uma escada íngreme o suficiente para que um “xixi-cama” se torne uma aventura.

Nota-se que os quartros (pelo menos da nossa torre) são algo antigos ou com falta de renovação, tal como os espaços comuns. Uma kitchenette competente, uma vez que foi mais usada para fazer as sopas do bebé ou guardar coisas no frigorífico do que para outra coisa, mas algo negligenciada.

Por fim, numa estadia de uma semana, apenas está incluída uma limpeza básica. Para algo mais banal de um hotel em qualquer parte do planeta, é preciso pagar uma taxa adicional.

Fora do quarto, a zona do pequeno-almoço é rudimentar e mal preparada, deixando a desejar não só pela área – manifestamente insuficiente para o número de pessoas que o hotel pode albergar – como pelo que oferece aos comensais. A relação qualidade-preço é francamente desequilibrada.

Salva-se o estacionamento, que resolve um problema da zona, e a sala de cacifos que é verdadeiramente útil para quem tem material de Ski ou Snowboard.

Ah! E a piscina! Há uma piscina que fica gravada na memória das nossas férias e esta não é excepção. Uma digna piscina interior, mas... Voltamos aos “mas”. Digna, mas que não é aquecida e que não “oferece” toalhas ou roupão. Mas existem, já sabem é que é preciso pagar uma outra taxa adicional para as ter emprestadas.

Não querendo ser injusto com a equipa da recepção – até porque só lá vi uma pessoa, sem farda ou qualquer elemento identificativo do empreendimento – fiquei com a sensação de que era um hotel em “auto-gestão”, sem rosto. Quando pedi ajuda para conseguir aceder ao Wi-Fi, já no fim do dia, senti todo o cansaço da jovem, descarregado no meu telefone, uma vez que foi minimamente (ou maximamente, em demasia, até) prestativa perante o meu pedido de ajuda. Cara serrada, poucas palavras, pediu-me o telemóvel e aqui vai ela. Assunto arrumado! Raramente parecia outra coisa que não irritada ou chateada por ali estar.

Talvez os valores praticados se justifiquem com a época, a restante oferta, o destino em si e a localização privilegiada, mas - de uma forma global – fica a ideia de que falta brio, profissionalismo e ambição na forma como o hotel é gerido. E acreditem que sei do que vos falo!

We had an amazing stay at Les Balcons du Savoy!

The rooms were much larger than we imagined, especially for the price. The kitchenette was so convenient and perfectly outfitted, so we were able to make meals at the hotel. We had a beautiful view of the mountains near the Savoy lift, which was a perfect setting for a morning coffee or afternoon apertif!

The location is only a few minutes walk to the town center. It also is located just down the street from bus stops that will take you to the Brevent-Flegere area or farther. A bus stop that has direct lines to Les Houches, Le Tour, etc. is only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel as well.

The staff is kind and responsive from the start. They were so helpful! The spa is small, but the massage is worth it.

The only complaint we had is that the bed was extremely hard. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.

See my room review for more detail. The place is OK but there are some negatives. One is that you hear everything from neighbors next door and above. ZERO soundproofing.
The view is special though, just make sure to request a high floor facing the city center, that will get you the view to the mountains.
The pool is decent. Over all though, seems the hotel is run cheaply.
Note: one of the front desk attendants was often away and when she was there, she wasn't too helpful and seemed annoyed for things she shouldn't have.
I'd only recommend if you get a good room at a great price. We stayed on early December...I imagine Xmas time will be worse though...

Séjour dans un apparthotel bien agencé et bien équipé. Suffisamment de place pour y vivre confortablement. Un plus avec la piscine couverte. Pas très loin du centre-ville et des activités touristiques.
