Franchement super. Appart très bien aménagé, la résidence est à 2 min à pied du centre ville, piscine agréable et personnel serviable. Excellent séjour !

I was trapped in the elevator for 45 minutes with my 8-year-old daughter after it dropped unexpectedly to the basement. The emergency speaker didn’t work. Family outside realized we were missing and after checking all floors found us and went out to call for help. My daughter was very distressed, and two days later the same thing happened to another family with children before they finally closed the elevator for the rest of our time there. We were on the third floor with luggage for a family of five. The receptionist gave us a tin of biscuits as a goodwill gesture.
Our formal complaint to Pierre et Vacances received no reply. When we called the head office, a staff member told us “no one cares, this is normal, elevators break all the time”.
The apartment had black mold on the curtains, the toilet smelled awful and we had to buy cleaning products to deal with the bathrooms.
In summary, unsafe, dirty, and terrible customer service.

Emplacement exceptionnel mais la résidence a grandement besoin de rénovation, c'est dommage de voir une résidence si bien situé se dégrader autant.
