Excellent séjour dans la résidence de Chamonix ! L’appartement était confortable et bien équipé.

Everything was perfect!
Room with fantastic view and it’s located so close to the bus station.
5 mins walk to aiguille du midi and 12 mins to get to the train to mer de glace.

Le chambre est agréable pour une semaine avec les commodités pour vivre à 4 dans logement de 6 (sinon à 6 c'est dodo dans le salon). La proximité du centre ville est très appréciable. Un bon double vitrage serait un vrai plus pour s isoler des bruits extérieures.

we requested an invoice for our accommodation and for almost a month we have been receiving discriminatory and offensive emails and no one is helping us solve a simple problem.
We paid almost €500 for a small apartment with a clogged bathroom.
We are honest people and we often travel all over the world, we have never seen such rudeness.
The photos of the apartments are misleading, we took the largest apartment for 7 people but in reality it could be fine for 4.
The street below the rooms is noisy from early in the morning.
Check in is only possible from 4pm and check out at 11am, which is absolutely unfair.
There are numerous better hotels in the surrounding area, we recommend avoiding this residence.
