Terrible experience. We arrived and tried to use the lockbox machine to get a key and the key got stuck and never came out. Luckily an employee was leaving for the night and helped us. We slept then went down to a terrible breakfast that was not good at all. Then when we checked out they told us breakfast was not included and was 10 euro each. We speak English and there was no notification that terrible meal would be paid. Literally bread and cereal. Insane rip off for what is already a fairly expensive hotel. Do not come here
