Very friendly staff and everyone was very helpful, particularly with a problem with Booking .Com, Jessica was very efficient and handled everything with style and charm.
The restaurant provided a great dinner and the breakfast was also very comprehensive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will certainly stay there again when in Strasbourg.

Cela fait 18 ans que nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel dès que l'occasion de venir en Alsace se présente. Nous adorons cet endroit et sommes à chaque fois accueillis de manière gentille et agréable. Nous avons l'impression d'être un peu chez nous. Merci beaucoup.
