Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Leila ????
L’endroit est très romantique et vous donne une vue superbe sur la ville.
Nous avons pu profiter des activités de la régions facilement accessibles en voiture.
La piscine est très agréable aussi :)

Un endroit exceptionnel, une hôte fantastique, à l’écoute, disponible et d’une grande gentillesse.
Je recommande ce lieu pour tout événement que ce soit familial ou festif.

Nous avons passé un super week-ends à 12 les chambres sont confortable et bien décorer. La propriétaire au petit soin avec nous nous reviendrons

Nous étions en couple, sans nos enfants, en amoureux. Nous avons séjourné du 30 avril 2025 au 2 mai à la Villa Aimée, chez Leila et Christophe.
La villa est exceptionnelle, idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Vals les Bains et à seulement 10mn à pied des thermes et des restaurants de la ville.
Nous avions la chambre "Papillons", avec une vue imprenable au dessus de Vals Les bains et avec un accès indépendant. La chambre était très spacieuse, et comprenait une salle de bain, un wc et une coin cuisine. Tout était très propre, délicatement décoré avec de charmantes attentions, le tout dans un cadre fleuri et très calme.
Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié, avec des produits locaux et des fruits.
Un vrai petit coin de paradis où la maîtresse de maison, Leila, vous reçois avec son sourir, sa gentillesse et sa simplicité qui vous met aussitôt à l'aise.
Merci à vous Leila pour ce charmant séjour chez vous et pour votre accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Villa Aimee provided an absolutely delightful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the host. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the amazing breakfast, featuring a wonderful spread and, most importantly, freshly squeezed juice that was a perfect start to each day.
The villa's location is incredibly convenient, especially for those looking to visit the Thermes du Val's. 5 min away from the thermes making it easy to access the spa and relaxation facilities. Additionally, the proximity to the charming village was a real bonus. We enjoyed exploring the local shops and restaurants, and the beautiful 'randonnées' (walks) directly accessible from the villa were a dream for us. There's also two wonderful cute dogs that live at the villa. They are sooo cute
The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing haven after a day of exploring. And for those who need to stay connected, the fast WiFi was a definite plus.
Overall, Villa Aimee offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway, especially those looking for a retreat near the Thermes du Val's."

we had a great time at the villa aimee. the rooms are beautiful, beds super comfy and everything is very spacious. the hostess was amazing and welcomed us graciously, a lot of space on the property so its perfect for walking in the woods or enjoying quiet time. super close to the thermal spas!! would come back again

Villa Aimee was lovely! Leila, the hostess, is super warm, welcoming & accommodating. Beautiful villa, two cute dogs, large forest to walk around behind the house.

Notre séjour à la Villa Aimée a été globalement très mauvais.

Points forts :
Leila est très gentille + la chambre était en fait un appartement avec 2 chambres.

Points faibles :
Nos voisins du dessus ont fait un boucan pas possible les 2 nuits ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir. J’ai dû monter moi-même me plaindre ; l’insonorisation est inexistante.
Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant, lait périmé (m’en suis rendu compte après que ma fille de 3 ans ait bu son bol en entier) + crème de marrons pleine de champignons + pas-grand chose à manger, pour la modique somme de 15€ / personne.
La « piscine chauffée » sur laquelle nous comptions pour nous reposer était fermée, ce qui n’est pas indiqué au moment de la réservation évidemment.
L’accès avec une grosse voiture est difficile, virages en montée en épingle et quasi pas de place pour se garer sans gêner. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver le lieu.

Le 2ème matin nous sommes partis tôt sans prendre le petit-déjeuner, nous étions contents de partir, ces 2 nuits ont failli gâcher notre séjour en Ardèche.

Au vu des commentaires précédents, je pense que nous sommes tombés dans une mauvaise période, peut-être qu’il y avait un souci du côté de notre hôte. Néanmoins par rapport aux 2 chambres d’hôtes où nous avons séjourné auparavant c’était le jour et la nuit.

Si vous le pouvez, allez plutôt à Antraigues qu’à Vals, c’est un village charmant et reposant (au contraire de Vals qui est plein de voitures et bouchonné/pollué).

Merveilleux ! Leila est une hôte au petit soin (recommandations, propreté au quotidien), piscine, table de ping pong, panier de basket, tout était parfait, style rustique chic; emplacement de cette maison d’hôte permet de se rendre à pied aux resto/commerces ou à 10min d’Aubenas en voiture.

It is a very quiet place. I have my kids with me and they love the pool. Family friendly.|It is near the centre ville with lots of restaurants.|Near places where you can visit Ardèche. Like Grotte Chauvet and Vallon Pont d’Arc.|We love this Villa because they have nice rooms, comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms and toilets

I had a lovely solo getaway at the Villa. The location was a nice short walk to the town, spa and close to a forest walking trails. ||I was greeted by Lelia and her two gorgeous dogs on arrival. She was a very friendly and attentive host. She ensured that I was comfortable during my stay, enjoyed having a chat and provided helpful local visitor infomation. |The suite was spacious and comfortable with thoughtful attention to detail. The added bonus was enjoying the heated swimming pool with beautiful views of the town below. |Thanks Lelia, I would love to stay again!

Villa Aimée was incrediable. Breathtaking location with views of Vales des Bains from the hilltops and stunning French chateaux! Was easy to find and super close to the thermal spa in town. We got a very spacious room with high ceilings and amazing window views! Beds were comfy and good wifi for a place surrounded by green and french wilderness. Pool was great also. The host Leila was so friendly and helped us know all the right spots to visit. She kindly organised a classic French Raclette experience for extra cost which was a memory we won’t forget. Will definitely return here again on our next trip. Merci beacoup!

My partner and I spent 2 nights at the Villa Aimee and we absolutely loved it! Leila was such a warm and welcoming host and made such a wonderful breakfast. The rooms were very clean and had amazing views of Vals-Les-Bains.

Villa Aimée is such a lovely place to stay at and Leila is a great host : warm and kind and respectful of everyone’s privacy. Vals les bains is a really nice village in Ardèche. We would definitely come again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment à la Villa Aimée. La villa est idéalement située dans un cadre idyllique : séjour relaxant garanti.
Les hôtes sont particulièrement accueillant et chaleureux. Leurs conseils ont été très bénéfiques pour visiter cette région magnifique.

The Villa Aimee is located in a wonderful old building, with a truly great hostess and staff. Leila and her crew speak several languages, they're nice and helpful and there isn't anything they can't do. We stayed in the Mediterranean Suite in July, which is just absolutely Romantic. The bathroom is magnificent and clean. We had a bottle of nice local wine on arrival in our room. Breakfast is superb. There's a nice outside pool which overlooks Vals-les-Bains, with lounge chairs and sun screens. The pool is clean and great to chill around and cool off in.
In the area we can go rafting, hiking, ride our bicycles or visit nice French towns. Vals itself is wonderful, with nice people, good restaurants and a lot to do. We definitely are coming back here!

In July I spent 2 weeks in Villa Aimee in a beautiful suite with a very nice bathroom. On arrival there was a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the suite. The suite was very attractively decorated and very clean. The host is super friendly and helpful. The view is absolutely fantastic. There is a lot to do in the area. There are nice restaurants and the breakfast is delicious.
I really want to come back to this amazing place!
