Niché au carrefour des routes vers les plus beaux villages, Le Mas de la Soie est un petit cocon chaleureux, pittoresque et attachant.
Les chambres sont simples et douillettes, la cour intérieure et la piscine sont définitivement des extra points.

Uns impresentables i poc empàtics! Es va morir tràgicament el pare del meu millor amic i vaig contactar per anular la reserva o bé canviar les dates per no perdre els diners i no hi va haver manera. Es van quedar els diners i no em van donar cap opció davant d’una situació ja prou dificil.

????: Ontbijt was, naar Franse normen / gewoontes, prima. Diverse soorten brood, niet enkel witte baguette. Diverse confituren, ruim voldoende koffie.
Ik was met de fiets gekomen en kwam voor 13 u aan en ik mocht van de gastvrouw mijn zware rugzak daar achterlaten tot de kamer vrij was. De kamer was om half vier al beschikbaar, dus vroeger dan 16u.
De airco werkte goed, dat was wel nodig met het warme weer en een kamer onder het dak.
De buitenkeuken liet me toe om 's avonds zelf iets op te warmen om daar te eten.

????: Ik heb bij Booking geboekt, maar ik had veel beter rechtstreeks bij Le Mas de la Soie geboekt, dat zou bijna 20 euro goedkoper zijn geweest. De toeslag die Booking aanrekent is veel te hoog.
Het raampje in de kamer was piepklein, met zicht op het zwembad, maar ik had toch een veel ruimer zicht naar buiten verwacht. Zie foto genomen van bij het zwembad met zicht op het huis met het kleine raam derde verdieping onder het dak..

La chambre est très confortable dans une propriété de charme avec une grande piscine et une cuisine d'été à disposition.

Situation au milieu des vignes et proche en voiture des lieux de visite, de randonnées et des grandes caves..

Une petite merveille tenue par une personne formidable

De studio was ok maar het ontbijt was zeer karig en beperkt. Absoluut geen vriendelijke gastvrouw. Tuinmeubilair was niet comfortabel. Zwembad was ok maar weinig bloemen of fleurige planten. De buitendouche stond in de takken van een boom

Das Zimmer sauber und nett eingerichtet.
Der Garten war abends schön beleuchtet..

In der Objektbeschreibung müsste erwähnt sein, dass es Hunde und Katzen gibt, die frei herumlaufen.
Die Besitzerin sperrt die Hunde auf Wunsch weg, wenn man den Garten nutzt..

????: Het ontbijt is zeer sober. Stokbrood, jam en honing. Wordt niet aangevuld dus je moet erom vragen. Kamers zijn goed maar het terrein zoals de buitenkeuken en zwembad mogen wel iets netter. Let op je kunt hier niet koken. Wel iets opwarmen in de magnetron en er is een algemene koelkast. Eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam..

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans le mas de Gaelle.
Nous avons adoré la tranquillité du lieu.
La piscine est très agréable et le petit dej est de très bonne qualité.

Buona la posizione, massimo 1 ora dai maggiori punti di interesse nella zona.

This place has so much potential. It is in a beautiful location, the building is beautiful, the outdoor bbq is a lovely addition, and the pool is perfect. However, there are things that need to improve to make it what it could be. We arrived early after having emailed to say we would be and asked if we could stay by the pool, which the owner said was no problem. When we arrived, the owner wasn't happy we were early as the room wasn't ready. I said it's no problem and that we could wait by the pool as stated in my email. She didn't seem pleased to allow us to do that and said I guess you can, but there will be no toilet. We therefore decided to go to a local town to give her the time she needed. When we got back, there was still no welcome, no questions about our journey, and it seemed like we were more of an inconvenience. This was after driving from London for 8 hours. On top of this, every time you entered, there were two dogs, one terrier and one spaniel who would run up to you barking. I am a dog lover but even for me it was quite off-putting given they wouldn't stop until the owner came out to see them. We stayed in the apartment which was set over two floors so was really a house. It was spacious and very well equipped. It was dated and we couldn't use one of the toilets because there was a problem with the water and there were lots of cobwebs. There wasn't any air-conditioning as stated on the site we booked on, just fans but thankfully the rooms weren't in direct sunlight so it was fine. The shower was awful as the water pressure wasn't strong enough. There weren't any toiletries and we were provided we mismatched and random sized towels. We weren't told how anything worked, like the washing machine or the cooking facilities and we weren't told the information about the WiFi. The WiFi is stated as high speed on the site we booked on and it is the total opposite. I needed to do work and I couldn't access what I needed to because the WiFi wasn't strong enough. By the pool there is a fly issue as there is an area where there are goats and so the flies from there would come over and land on you whilst you were on the sunbeds, and this is not just 1 or 2, it was 5-10 so very frustrating. The area by the pool is unkempt, the paving slabs by the pool were not secure, and there were also wasps gathering in the parasol base. The pool was beautiful but it was windy and so got dirty because a cover isn't put on it so for 2 days we couldn't swim in it because of how dirty it became. You definitely need a car to be able to stay here as there is nowhere walking distance for groceries or restaurants. The local area is beautiful, there is Mont Ventoux which a section of the tour de france with excellent views, there are lavender fields, olive oil farms, fresh fruit and vegetables and lots of little towns to visit like Orange, Fontaine de Vaucluse and Avignon. You are left to your own devices which was nice as it felt like you were on your own. You are also given a little outdoor area which no other guests can access which is lovely. Overall, a lot of potential, an excellent location, a lovely house and pool but it needs updating, tidying and the hospitality needs to be more welcoming.

Très agréable, typique et reposant, au milieu des vignes, zt proche de tout, la propriétaire est très sympathique, les lits très confortables

Belles chambres spacieuses, toute petite lucarne comme fenêtre, pas de savon (à prévoir) accueil chaleureux notre hôte est aux petits soins. Bon petit déjeuner.

Accueil très sympathique. Lieu charmant au milieu des vignes. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des produits maison. Je recommande.

Beautiful place, good location for various activities in the area. We had a big room upstairs with airconditioning, a must with 38 C outside. Breakfast was good, no savory goods though. Selection of breads and jams, yoghurt, coffee, tea and some fruit. Friendly owner and good facilities, large pool with sun beds.
