如果你喜欢，从真正意义上说，不走寻常路，这是一家位于乡村中间的餐厅，可以从一条小路到达，这条小路从Villes-sur-Auzon-Mormoiron路上开始。这里有令人叹为观止的全景，目之所及的葡萄园，背景是文图山，有一个广阔的遮阳露台和一个大游泳池，外部空间很大，非常大。以黄色和红色为主色调的简单餐厅很温馨。炉子后面的人是老板Pascal Morin。他的美食？基本上是普罗旺斯式的、乡村式的和自制的：新鲜芦笋烩饭和帕尔马干酪，小鸭片配蜂蜜，覆盆子烤肉。

Verrassende smaken, fijne presentatie

Prachtige lokatie
Fresh and carefully prepared inventive art on the plate - surprise sequence of hors d’œuvres and the plat - perfectly cooked turbot alongside fresh peeled grapefruit segment, fig lightly softened in butter ( and pea shoots - Pezet is an old Provençal word for them) held together with a delicate sweet-potato sauce…and to end, a délice of a pavlova - raspberries and more in a dream bed of soft italian meringue. All that and the setting so inspiring I had to get my sketchbook out to record the special moment.
