This hotel and restaurant in the medieval part of Vaison la Romaine is not to be missed. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The terrace overlooking the town is a great setting for breakfast. Our breakfasts were complimented with fresh local fruits, cheeses and breads. We enjoyed the pool, which had a commanding view of the countryside. Our room was well appointed. We will stay here again.

I stayed 11 nights as part of an organized bike trip. The hotel was beautiful, charming and comfortable. The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the setting was exquisite. I appreciated the ac in the room when it got hot, and the room was very quiet with the window closed. I loved using the pool and exploring the neighborhood in the ancient village.

Excellent meal! Amazing location. We needed to wait for 1 hour for the meal. But I guess, it was worth it.
