Plus d1h d'attente pour le 1er plat gâche le plaisir de cette cuisine pourtant bonne. Dînez ici si vous ne crevez pas de faim, c'est délicieux mais pour des lilliputiens.

Top Adresse in Vaison jenseits der Touristenlokale. Hier wird auf sehr hohem Niveau sehr schmackhaft gekocht und man hat einen sehr zugewandten Service.

We’ve eaten in Michelin restaurants across France and this one is the only disappointment. The service was perfectly fine but the food was really quite poor. The Menu had only one choice and there was no vegetarian option- only a cobbled-together offer to do some asparagus and polenta. The fish on the a la carte menu was €33 but was really watery and pretty tasteless. The accompanying vegetables lacked flavour entirely. The wine was nice and the setting in the courtyard across the street was quite sweet. All in all over-priced and very disappointing food. We paid nearly €200 for five of us and have had much much better food in other Michelin restaurants in France for the same price or less.
