Just returned from a very enjoyable few days cycling around the Sault area. It was my second stay at Le Nesk, a great location with good quality rooms, lovely views, very much set up for cyclists from the secure bike garage to the breakfast and the excellent collection of historic bicycles and memorablia. Somehow I think a third stay here may well happen.

Hotel in una posizione magnifica che domina tutta la vallata sottostante da cui si possono vedere meraviglioso campi di lavanda. Personale davvero molto gentile, camere abbastanza semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario. Colazione molto buona e ben fornita di prodotti locali. Anche il ristorante è buono per la cena. Consiglio la camera che da dal lato della vista perché merita veramente il viaggio insieme anche alla colazione in terrazza che è suggestiva. Molto originale anche il tema del ciclismo che domina tutta struttura.

Nous avons apprécié le calme et le paysage depuis l hôtel. La décoration avec tous les vélos,maillots etc...est très sympa. Mon mari a apprécié également le local à vélo très pratique. On recommande cet endroit

Le Nesk is one of the most memorable hotels we have stayed in. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is 100% set up for cyclists, and every room is stacked with cycling memorabilia. There are two secure bike stores and a charging station. The view from the terrace is wonderful, as the hotel is perched on a cliff above the valley floor. The town is quaint and interesting. The main plus is that Sault is a great base for cycle touring, with lovely alpine scenery in all directions. Traffic was not a problem. The top of Mont Ventoux is a 26km climb away and the breathtaking Gorge de la Nesque is another option. We spent 10 nights at Sault and had a different ride each day. The best cycling holiday of my life! The hotel certainly added to the experience. We stayed in 3 rooms in total: room 217 was the best for views (218 probably as good), but we also liked the Studio, which had self-catering facilities, thus saving some money. The cheapest room was a little small, but perfectly OK.
