vor 2 Jahren: Freundliche Receptionistin, schnell und unkompliziert.

Ergänzung: 2 Jahre später, nach dem Managementwechsel semiprofessionelle Reception. Willkommensdrink wird angeboten, zum Schluss aber nur für eine Person, ohne Vorabankündigung. Es ginge nach Zimmern nicht nach Personen. Liebes IBIS, verzichtet auf diesen Willkommensdrink und schult euer Personal.

Le service était très bon du début à la fin, de l'hôtel au restaurant.
Mes demandes ont été toutes honorées. Et ma chambre était très calme.
Un seul point m'a semblé à travailler, le matelas que j'ai trouvé un fatigué.
Mais je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Rooms are hot and stuffy. The WiFi is dreadful for uploading photos. 0.3 Mbs. Despite advertising it has airconditioning, the A/C is turned off in mid October. Male staff seemed sympathetic but the woman seemingly in charge said "open the window". No insect screens, right next to A7/A9 with traffic noise. Little sleep because too hot in room. We were offered a refund if we wanted to cancel and find another hotel. Not an option to go looking for another hotel at late notice. Woman was emphatic that all hotels in France turned off A/c in October. It was an unpleasant exchange with her calling my wife a crazy woman when she asserted it was falsely advertised to claim airconditioned. She did apologies for calling her crazy but was very aggressive in stating hotel policy.

Es war alles bestens, wie jedes Mal.
Ibis könnte sich mal Gedanken machen um Handtücher ins Bad zu legen. Ein Minikühlschrank im Zimmer wäre auch interessant.
