Un service très très très rapide même expédié, le hamburger au top soyons positifs mais par contre le dessert à la limite des limites je parle pas de la présentation on aurait dit un pâté, la tarte tatin passer au micro-ondes ce n'est pas acceptable remédier à ça c'est important... Ça laisse une note négative alors que nous aimons venir ici pour le cadre votre emplacement, un petit mot pour la serveuse qui est très agréable... Maison collègue très pressé, nous sommes en vacances et nous avons envie de prendre notre temps...

These folks will spill red wine on you, laugh and not offer to help clean it up. t-shirt ruined - thanks... Apart from that, the location was good, travel in and out of Orange was easy. The room was clean and comfortable though the beds a little soft. Parking at the rear upon request. Staff were friendly and (mostly) helpful. Lots of history in and around Orange - do your home work and get a plan. Yes I would recommend this hotel.

Tout aurait pu être parfait. Hotel sympathique, un cocktail de bienvenue à prendre au bar, une chambre sympathique, un emplacement super sur Orange, un petit déjeuner parfait.... mais pas d'eau chaude dans la douche (et j'ai pourtant laissé couler l'eau plus de 10 minutes mais rien y a fait et pas très ecoresponsable).
Et enfin, 30 minutes d'attente au restaurant avant que l'on vienne enfin prendre ma commande (le saumon gravlax était du saumon fumé).
Sans la douche froide du matin, j'aurai mi 5 étoiles car pour le reste c'est un très bon hôtel avec du personnel sympathique et accueillant). Arnaud

El hotel tiene buena decoración, pero es viejecito. Pedimos habitación de dos camas, y como no tenían de la categoría solicitada, nos dieron otra de dos camas, pero más antigua tanto la habitación como el baño, y pagamos lo mismo. Algo sorprendente.
